I wish I could give these thieves 0 stars. Sold me a custom gas fireplace for my backyard and then didn’t deliver on the «custom» part. Agreed to refund the difference — never did. Agreed to add logs to dress up the gaps — never did. Installed a second gas fireplace inside the house incorrectly and the house filled with smoke. Needed an $ 8000 paint job. SO they are not only thieves they are incompetent. Cost me $ 500 to have a licensed plumber re do the installation.
If you do business with these people expect to be disappointed and likely have to sue.

For anyone considering dealing with these deceitful scoundrels, consider yourself warned. Based on my experience, you will be incredibly sorry if you do. Happily, the competition is wonderful.
