A bit of a bait and switch. The dispatcher /owner was courteous and dispatched a repairman for the day after my call. I was told $ 79 to assess the problem, which cost could be applied to the cost of the repair. The real problem became that the repairman did the repair without showing me an estimate or getting approval for the cost. The repair was to replace the oven igniter for a total of $ 253. There was no breakdown on the bill. For the record, it’s a $ 30 part and the rest was labor and tax. The repairman was here for 30-minutes. When I asked the repairman for a breakdown of the bill and why I was not asked to approve the charge before he did the work he could not provide a breakdown and said that«If I wasn’t happy, he would take the part out and go but he couldn’t stand here all day.» There was nothing friendly about this guy and customer service was the last thing on his mind. I got the dispatcher /owner on the phone and he said that they always charge $ 235 plus tax for repairs. I suggested that they should be more forthcoming about that and that they should also get approval for the cost of the repair before performing the repair. His solution was also to take the part and go. I paid and they went. So, I would say to expect a minimum repair charge of $ 250 with tax, no breakdown of your bill, and a total disconnect between a professional owner /dispatcher and a somewhat hostile repairman. If that sounds good to you, then give these guys a call.

O stars. Worst customer sevice from receptionist to repairman to owner. Paid for dishwasher replacement control board which repairman broke while trying to install. Promptly left my house, never came back, never called. Now the company will not take my calls & will not reimburse.
