Very disappointed in this place. I have to give them one star but if I could I would give them none. my daughter and her friends received a service and I was very pleased with the outcome. The artist was great but the owners were terribly rude and unprofessional. Later I found out that the artist was never paid for her services and received nothing. As a local, I usually love supporting smaller businesses but this place is far from a business. I highly recommend going to a different salon. Somewhere where the prices stay the same and the staff is treated properly.

Do Not Pay Attention To Any Positive Reviews: I Made A Huge Mistake In Thinking I could Return To This Salon & Have A Positive Experience. Not Only Had I Heard The Owners Are Not Paying Their Stylists, Each Time They Personally Complained To Me!
After My Terrible Blow Dry, I Mentioned to One Of The Owners That He Had Locked In My Rate From A Previous Visit, (They Keep Changing Their Price). I Paid Him & Tipped The Stylist.
His Wife Accosted me, Yelled At Me, Told me I Was Ripping Her Off & Trspassing! Huh??? I’m A Customer & Just Got My Hair Done In Her Nasty Salon. The Police Have Received Multiple Reports So Learn From This… DO NOT GO

Just came back from getting my hair done. The stylist did my hair exactly as I wanted, was open to changes and getting feedback as the session went on.
The owner was super friendly — just a vivacious, great personality. Her salon was very clean, decorated well and well maintained. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend this place!

I will NEVER come back to this salon ! The staff is completely unprofessional and appears clueless. The price I was quoted on the phone was much less than what the actual charge was. I tried to speak to the owner to explain what happened and she told me. «if you don’t like it, go somewhere else, I don’t need you as a customer if you are going to complain about the price». I will be sure to tell everybody I know to stay away from this place. There are a few salons in the area that know how to keep customers happy. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I will be surprised if this salon is still in business by the end of the year !!

The actual blow out was alright, but they quoted me one price earlier and then nearly doubled it when I went to pay. They even had the gall to accuse me of lying when I said I was given a different price before. I’m not sure if they’re publicizing lower prices to draw people in, or are simply making them up on the spot based on appearances. Either way, not a good strategy to keep customers. I, for one, won’t be back.

Oy. I waited for over half an hour past my appointment time. I wasn’t even apologized to. Then, they charged me a fortune for a blow out that was worse than what I can do at home. There are so many better options in the area.

My aunt left there with her hair looking worse than how she came in with. Unexperienced workers and prices extremely high. Was also told a different price on the phone and paid a lot higher.
