This company is an absolute rip off! They charged me $ 475 for an appraisal, and the appraisal was $ 18,000 under what the other homes that have sold in our area. They have no clue what they are doing. Screwed us out of getting the opportunity to refinance our home! STAY AWAY from this rip off company, they don’t want your business just your MONEY!!!
