Casola Well Drillers

We have been customers of Casola Well Drillers for 12 years. We currently have a leak in a part of the system (albeit old) that they installed. They promised to come a few days later and never showed up. I called a week later and explained that the bucket catching the leak needed frequent emptying and we risked a flood. I was told they had no idea when they could come and they could not schedule a date. I know it’s hard to get people to reply quickly on the East End of Long Island but this is no way to treat a long-​time customer. They are not the family business with personal service that they used to be and I will never use them again. FYI, this is the FIRST time I have ever posted a bad review of a company.

BEWARE! I had a leak from what turned out to be a broken pipe by the well pump and called Casola Well Drillers to see if they do repairs… They said yes and will come take a look at a cost of $ 125.00 for a service call. My pump is five years old! They said the pump was too old to repair and there will have to be a new well drilled at a cost of $ 5000.00. YES, FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Crazy! I brought in another company and they found the issue and repaired it for only $ 200.00.
I spoke to Casola to give them a chance to explain why they would do such a thing and they responded with «We are not going to charge you for the service call so the point is moot!»

Was having problems with water pressure and the elder mr casola stopped by to take a look. Long story short, I needed a new pump and these guys handled it ASAP. Don’t think I’ve ever experienced a more professional and trust worthy service company out east. Would highly recommend this company.
