Durfee Plumbing & Heating

I called this place to make an appointment to have my hot water heater looked at. The girl that answered the phone took all my information, my address, what I needed done and told me that someone would call me to schedule a time. I asked her when I could expect a call, she said once the guy return to the office. Well a week later I realized that nobody had called me to schedule an appointment. So I called back and got voicemail. I left a message asking someone to call me to make an appointment. Now normally I would have not given a second thought to call them but I was hoping since I had waited a week they would have made a point to come out ‘right away’ versus calling someone new who might make me wait another week for an opening. Well the jokes on me because 48 hours later and still no call. these people clearly don’t have their s-​it together. I would give 0 starts if I could.
