Never again. I purchased 2 tickets totaling $ 155 to see Hall and Oates and after receiving a confirmation email I then got a phone call where the ticket liquidator rep stated that my debit card was declined. I stated that this was impossible because before purchasing the tickets, I deposited monies into my checking account to make sure the transaction will go through. After calling my bank, I was informed by the bank that ticket liquidator after getting paid the first time, attempted to debit my account two more times; the bank noticed this and interpreted this as duplicate charges; thus they declined the charges. I called liquid Liquidator and informed them of this and they proceed to tell me that the first charge was a preliminary charge(even though the money was taken out of my account) and the second and third attempt was to get paid. They could not explain why after getting paid the first time, why was a second attempt made to get paid. In the end, I have not tickets and my checking account is less $ 155 which ticket liquidator stated would be «returned» to me in 5 to seven BUSINESSDAYS. Never again. Buyer beware.

We bought tickets on ticket liquidator and we’re told the tickets were fake, without chance to enter and watch the show.

Used to purchase 3 tickets to the Phantom of the Opera for November 28, 2014. First time using and read good reviews about it. Pay attention to the Seller’s note. They will write a long sentence repeating many times left and right, right and left, but always stating the same area. Since they say that you will be on a certain area, left or right to the stage does not make much difference. However the Seller’s note at the very end have 4 letters and based on those they will put you on a different area that you wanted to be. Called Ticket Liquidator and they washed their hand, asking me to contact the Seller. The Seller said that it was disclosed that I could be sitting on Rows AA-NN. To get a refund would cost me, and my ticket may not sell at the end. This is the Seller’s Note: Lower Right and Lower Left Orchestra, Rows C-Y. Lower Center Orchestra, Rows Y-Z. Upper Center Right and Upper Center Left Orchestra, Rows AA-NN. You make the call, read through all sitting description, and if you don’t think this is deceiving at the end, I don’t know what is.
