Trust. We need to trust that our phones will be repaired professionally, accurately and reasonably. This is what I experienced at this location today.
I called first to see if they could replace my iPhone battery and cost. I was told they could do it in 30 minutes. When I got to the store, Eric worked on my phone. After a few minutes he told me that it wasn’t the battery but possibly software related and said he needed to download software. I had him make a quick repair to my backup phone and left the main phone with him. I returned later and he told me it was ‘code 27′, basically it’s a brick. He charged me nothing for the work on my main phone, that he had to take apart and reassemble, and only $ 30.00 for my backup phone repair.
Our phones get a lot of use and abuse, what we think is the problem could be many things.
I will return here with any phone issues in the future, and recommend Eric to all.
