This may be our next derby spot. The last roller derby bout we had for the Slaughters, the after party was held here. The place is not huge but it’s a nice decent size with a nice patio outside. They do have entertainment but not sure if its a every day thing.
The beer is great and the food is even better.
their NACHOS is huge… similar to Miller’s Ale House. I didn’t try it but definitely look delish. My friends did say it was good. I am on a diet and Sunday is my cheat day… that day was a Saturday. So I had to be good. I ordered the wings and I wish I remembered what flavor I got but boy it was good. I think it was Jamaican Jerk. Something with Jerk in it.
On a plus side… it is very close to home =]
Ooooh at one point the waitress came out with two trays with steak and mash potatoes. My friend and myself just stared at while the waitress walked right past us to the two tables next to us and said right away we ordered the wrong thing. haha =]

I went here as a spur of the moment thing with my friends. I was very confused locating the place because it was right on the golf course. Although it’s a small place, the amount of food you get for the price is unreal. I got the «waist watcher» wrap which had turkey, honey mustard, roasted red peppers, and onions. It came with a side of pasta salad. It was absolutely delicious! And I could not believe it was $ 8.50! What! The hero’s are insanely big and everyone said they were delicious. I would definitely come back here and I recommend this place to everyone.

Great food, great staff. Never a disappointment. Thursdays karaōke, Saturdays bands/​live music. Fantastic lobster bake Sundays on the patio in the summer, kids eat free Mondays. .sports on the tv’s…NASCAR, golf, football… located on the heatherwood golf course! 10

This place got it all: friendly staff, GREAT food, great crowd, live music, affordable drinks, and the bonus being this place is spotlessly clean.
I live a block away and when I come to Halpin’s for a drink or five, I’m confident that the night will be well-​spent.
What really makes this place shine are the friendly and accommodating bartenders! See for yourself — I’ve finally found my spot!
