I had my garage door repaired due to Hurricane Sandy. They repaired the door and were paid but after they left, the garage door wasn’t closing correctly. We called them on 10+ occasions with no response. Very expensive and does not stand behind their work. I would NOT recommend this company.

Dennis is an out and out thief and liar. He came to my home to replace a bracket and roller. Since he started working on it and after I’ve spent a great deal of money, it still does not work correctly. He charged me $ 125 to change a bracket and roller. He changed the bracket and never returned to fix the roller. I did try to stop my check but it was too late. As a senior I will report this to BBB as well as going to small claims court. I feel it is my duty to make sure he does not take advantage of other seniors.

Ouch. Made an appointment to reconfigure a high lift door, pretty simple. Confirmed the appointment, and NO show. No return call, no emai, no communication. It’s somewhat sad to see people mishandle their businesses, then complain that business is slow, wonder why?.. Well, my fault for not referencing reviews first, however unless you want roll of the dice service, I wouldn’t recommend their services.

Just by the other reviews don’t need to repeat… This was my mistake I always do my homework when hiring a company for a job. what could go wrong when replacing a garage door. Your original motor suddenly burns out. and there is a way to burn a motor out. during the testing of door the bracket that attaches to the motor not attach right could make the motor run hot til it burns out. a gimmick. do your homework lesson learn
