Transstar Sedan & Limousine Service

We have used Transstar for over 15 years and they have been absolutely terrific! The drivers typically arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time, flat rate (for airport runs) so you don’t have to think about anything except wrapping up calls, etc. and preparing for the flight!
When we return, our driver is nearby or waiting in baggage claim. I haven’t worried about airport transport in years.
The owner, Bo, is a pleasure to deal with and the drivers are all super nice!
Once I got very sick while I was at my ofc in San Francisco and Bo sent the dispatcher to drive me home to Mountain View. He was there very quickly and although this was years ago, I am eternally grateful!
As an added bonus, the drivers are extremely patient if I’m running late!

I hired Transstar for an upcoming trip with my friends and I for an all day trip in Napa. When I called to make the reservations and spoke with the owner Bo. He was super friendly and professional. Our driver was Macky. Great guy! He arrived on time and always checked up on us to make sure we had what we needed. He stuck to the itinerary and took us to each destination on time. The limo was extremely clean and fully stocked with drinks. He made us all feel like VIP’s! I have had several experiences with different limo companies, and by far this one is the BEST!
I will definitely use Transstar again for family or recommend them for a work event as they were wonderful. The entire experience was perfect from the first communication all the way through to their follow-​up afterwards. Thanks for such a great experience, worth every penny!

I’ve used other limo services in other cities — no one else comes close to the level of service that I receive from this company. Even last minute reservations are handled with zero problem.
