The firm that I worked from relocated from Redwood City to San Mateo over the past weekend. Suddath movers were pretty awesome. Showed up and got the job done. I’d definitely use them again.

My company works with Suddath for all our moving needs and they are efficient, fast, patient and painless.
For example, it’s Friday afternoon. I have an estimate 3 pallet pick up worth of product and it needs to be picked up in Hayward and brought to SSF no later than Tuesday next week. I explained and apologized it was so last minute and the lady giggled, ‘honey, last minute to me is pick up and delivery in the next hour”.
My experiences with them have been painless, friendly and quick. Call, tell them the information, quote via email and done. That’s what I call customer service. I appreciate good help.

We used Suddath to move our business. We have 9 offices and two common areas. The start time for the move was 4pm they showed up at 5:30pm. They were nice guys, but the lost equipment and damaged desks. The foreman was very polite and said sorry, but that is it.

Worked at a small business that used Suddath Relocation.
The entire process was very easy. The rep came to see our office and provided us with an estimate. We asked them to reduce the estimate and they complied. Suddath gave us all the necessary paperwork (COIs, etc) and were able to do things on a day or two notice.
On the day of the move, the movers came promptly and were very friendly and efficient. They worked very quickly and finished an hour earlier than they quoted and refunded us the difference.
I would definitely use Suddath again for any business move.

The movers they used were great but the organization and service was worse than dreadful and repeated requests to discuss the issues were ignored. My worst ever customer experience.
