The service was fine, but the billing service they use is one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. First, they submitted the bill to the wrong insurance company, then threatened me with collection when the bill remained unpaid. I called in June, and Amy apologized, said she would submit to my insurance, then send me a new invoice with an apology. This never came. I was sent to collections! I called today, Amy apologized again and told me to pay the collection company. I’m going to pay the bill; I again asked for an apology letter for my file, as she had promised three months ago. She needed to talk to her supervisor; I was on hold for nine minutes. Amy came back on the line. She couldn’t agree to send an apology letter. Therefore: One Star.
