Dr. Paik is very gentle. I like that he tells me what is going on during the procedure. I especially like that he will come in on his time off if I need him. He came in on a Sunday evening to treat my husband’s toothache. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Paik.

He is the BEST dentist I ever have had! He respects his patient wishes and is incredibly knowledgeable and communicative. He will tell you what he about to do with every procedure. We had some horrible experiences with some pediatric dentists who wanted to x-​ray the kids to death and who wanted to do unnecessary procedures (e.g. sealants). We pulled them out from these dentists and decided to take them to Dr. Paik who was just top-​rate with the research and really informed us what was TRULY necessary for the kids. There are not many dentists out there like him. We are grateful to have him as our dentist.

I’ve been going to Randy for at least 16 years. Started with him when I lived in SF. Moved to Marin in 1996, tried two other dentists in Marin. They didn’t come close to his skill, care and ability to communicate. In an emergency, he’ll come into the office on his days off.
He is so skilled, thorough and caring that I’ve been traveling from San Rafael to South San Francisco for my dental appointments. His referrals are also top-​rate. Right now, he works on Wednesdays and Saturdays – but he would probably come in for an emergency.
