Wow Nurse Carla really sucks. Had such a bad attitude when you ask any questions, she acts like its so much trouble. Maybe nursing isn’t what you should be doing

The lab was WAY faster when it was at the smaller location, go figure. There are hardly any people here and you could wait 20mins just to get blood drawn! That’s rediculous! I swear there is one person doin blood at all times of the day here. You might as well just have the person at reception counter do both jobs, maybe it would go faster. I don’t see how there should almost EVER be a line here at the new place. They definitely need to work on how fast they see people. In the main San Francisco building there are 20−30min waits but that is because there are 40 or so ppl waiting.
