Work nearby so when I needed a replacement knob for my wall heater I stopped by. Small front but big warehouse with lots of parts inside. I was helped by Dave and he is awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I really appreciate the service and the part worked great. Thank you Dave!

My review is based on May 2014: Very small store front BUT large space once you enter. You might drive by it if you’re not looking. It’s near the corner of Linden & Victory.
I rated E A S based on its location from where I live and the time it took the sales person to find a replacement central heating igniter & for me to pay for it. I think it took longer to find the shop!

These guys have all sorts of parts for appliances. Totally ma and pop. The Dad is 96 years old and was helping his daughter find my part. I have gotten both dryer and wash machine parts from them. Always helpful.

I broke off the handle to my microwave oven in a drunken craze, on cinco de mayo! I couldn’t wait to get those little taquitos out of it fast enough, i never realized my super human strength until that very moment…
The next day I called EAS and they were able to find the part right away! I ordered the part and it was ready for me in a couple days!
Now that my microwave is complete I will be sure to keep EAS on speed dial for any future Incredible Hulk type moves.

This place is totally flaky. I called «Appliance Parts» in San Carlos at 635‑1922 and the guy that answered said they inherited the phone number but that they were Electrical Appliance Service in South City. They told me they would be open until 5 and that they had the part I wanted. I told him I was driving up from Palo Alto and I would be there before 5. I got to the place at 4:45 p.m. and they were closed. There was a truck outside with the name «Appliance Depot» on it and a phone # of 650−592−2058. That # went to the 635‑1922 #. Looking at the truck and sign on the door I should have known better.
