Nice park w mini playground, fenced in baseball field, bbq pits and adjacent tables, with its own small parking lot.
One small playground structure w slides, stairs, climbing wall etc. Shredded rubber «floor» under.
states suitable for 5 – 12 yr olds.
Also 2 swings, one baby, one big kid.
No fence around playground area.

This tiny little community park off the beaten path is tucked away in the quiet Avalon Park area of South San Francisco. This is a great spot for some quiet play time, a small picnic or a kid’s bday party with less than 30 people. The baseball field is currently closed for maintenance but has the potential to be a nice field to bring your kid to play catch. Clean bathrooms, lots of parking. This park is dog-​friendly as well. I’ve met nice folks at this park.
