Terrible company, I’m surprised they lasted this long. They’re basically doing everything a company SHOULD NOT do. Selling used products as new, lying to customers, selling lower quality than what the customer ordered, they also don’t care about RMA as it doesn’t generate any profit, so they have RMAs that are months behind, maybe even a year or 2 isn’t surprising. Illegal activities as well like what a previous reviewer mentioned with the export compliance form among other things. I could go on for a while, but basically if anyone tries digging dirt on these guys, they’ll most likely go out of business.
Notice how the 5 star reviews are short and without much details, they’re probably fake, just throwing it out there, not to mention it’s either 1 star or 5 star ratings…

The worst company ever. The customer service is terrible. When trying to return the product which is in original box and unopened, they did not return phone calls, their mailbox was full, so I could not leave a message. They even shipped and processed my order without signed and returned Export Compliance Form, but in an e– mail they said that the order will not ship without this form signed and returned. I have never dealt with a company like this.

This is the worst company ever! I have dealt with a lot of companies and have ordered numerous products from different night vision companies and this is by far the worst. The customer service is terrible and when I ordered the product which the website said was in stock, they said it would be 3 weeks until I received my product.
It has now been over four weeks and I don’t have my product and I keep getting the run around. People need to steer clear of this company and buy from somewhere else. I have never been so mis treated by a company in my life. This company will soon go downhill with this type of service or lack of I should say.
