Great group of people that work there. Big fan. Could use some updated on some of the work benches to help them do their jobs but all in all good place to get healthy.

I was sent to Action Therapeutics for Work Hardening after a foot surgery. This was a great thing that I had never heard of before. The staff here is very nice. They are very busy doing hands on therapy, but this is in another room from where the Work hardening is done. Most of the time I would just do a routine that evolves over time. Its kind of like just going to the gym. They give you lots of positive feedback on your progress, and they do push you but just at your comfort level. After finishing the time at Action I was ready with a positive mind and was in good shape to get back to work. I just wish It was in San Francisco.

I came to this facility to rehab a work injury. I agree with the previous reviewer that this place is very busy and could use more therapists to care for all the patients. That being said, I discovered a few things after 2 – 3 visits that the previous view did not figure out: (1) Dont schedule an appointment during peak hours! My first appointments were between 8am-10am and the place was packed. I started making my appointments for 11am and it was amazing how much emptier the place was and I didnt have to wait for a massage table when I finished working out. And because it was less crowded, I got more 1 on 1 time with the therapist! (2) Request the same therapist each time… they will honor your request! You may have to be flexible with your appointment time, though. (3) Schedule all of your appointments in one shot for the whole month(s)! You can do that too! Thanks to Henry, Mike and Will for getting me back on my feet!

I went to this place for PT for a month. The place is way too busy. Most of its patients are workers comp cases, hence, it’s so busy. I had PT done once previously 13 years ago elsewhere and this experience wasn’t too good comparatively. I just think the staffing ratio to patients is just too low. For one thing, I prefer to have one PT person work with me for the entire time I’m there for therapy. Secondly, it’d be nice to have the same person for the entire session instead multiple colleagues circulating around. With one person helping the same patient, the PT person woudl know your progress and can do a more efficient job. The PT staff I think are good. It’s not their fault that staffing isn’t better.
