This operation was a total nightmare to deal with! If you think putting up with poor service is worth it to get a lower price, this company will convince you that is not the case. We ordered tile and they told us it would take 7 – 10 business days to arrive. After 10 business days we started calling. They never returned our calls. When we did get a hold of the lady at the front desk, she said she still didn’t know when it would arrive. she wouldn’t look up the order, she wouldn’t inquire from the source or look up a tracking number, she just said she didn’t know. When we pressed her and said we would come down to speak to the owner to find out more (because she wouldn’t put the owner on the phone for us) she told us not to and told us the tile would be in the following tuesday (about 4 more business days). When we showed up on Tuesday, she told us she had cancelled the order because she «hadn’t heard back from us» even though she had never asked us a question. And though she cancelled the order, she still hadn’t refunded our money for the order on our credit card, she had just cancelled the order. Now she said it would take another ‘7−10 days’ to get the tile if we reordered. The front desk lady is an absolute nightmare! DO NOT waste your time with these guys.
