Squeegee Squad

I used Squeegee Squad for the first time for washing my townhouse windows. I will never use this company again. The two young men seemed in a big hurry. I explained how my windows lift out for cleaning. After they left I realized they had put the windows back on wrong and the windows could not be opened. I had to fix this myself and the windows are too heavy for me. They did not put down tarps on the carpet – to set the dirty windows on. I had to bring them tarps. They completely forgot to wash the large patio door screen. The more inexperienced man was wearing his wet, dirty boots in and out of the house before I realized what he was doing and asked him to take his shoes off while inside the house. This is the same young man who was going to wipe down/​wash the screens inside the house before I stopped him and asked him to do that job outside. When I called to complain to the company management they only offered to have their company come out to clean the carpet and to put the windows back in correctly. I explained that I never wanted another worker from their company in my house. I asked for a significant refund or (better) a full refund. They got back to me after 2 days and said they put a check in the mail reimbursing me for only ¼ of my payment. Since the work was done so poorly I told them that this was completely inadequate. I can never recommend this company’s work or their business integrity.

Quoted me one price and then when they came to do the job the priced changed. I wanted the work done though so I still had them do it. They did a good job, no complaints about work. only the change in price.

Our house was pressure washed and the inside and outside windows were professionally cleaned by two very nice and hard working gentlemen. Reasonable price and they performed a wonderful job. Nothing like having clean windows!
