Dr. Spray and his team are the best. Our entire family has been going here for several years. Waiting area is clean and welcoming… although I’ve never had to wait long; they always seem to be running on time. Exam rooms are airy and bright. Staff is not preachy or prone to lectures. Very easy to talk with. I am not a ‘happy to go to the dentist person’ but I really don’t dread coming here like past dentist offices I’ve gone to. We had switched to Dr. Spray’s office a few years back from a nearby dentist in South Saint Paul after a few years of feeling downright bullied into procedures and extras we didn’t even want or need or could afford. Dr. Spray is so refreshing in this regard! He will go over each procedure with you, tell you what needs to be done and why. There’s never any pressure — just honest, professional opinion about what you need to have done. Monica, the office manager, does a tremendous job staying connected with your insurance company getting the right paperwork in for pre-​approvals/​estimates. She writes right in your chart when you are due for certain films per your particular insurance.
