love to support local businesses-but weekends the counter help leaves alot to be desired-confused at register– paying attention to other things going on –they have been open a while but the younger staff still needs some training– food options and bagel specials are great

Really enjoyed my bagels and bagel sandwich from here! Isaw some other complaints about them… Maybe it was just growing pains with a newer business, because they were great when I had them recently! The western sandwich with pork roll is recommended!

So, I think this place is very nice. It has an old town feeling and the food is good so no problems with quality. My issue is with SERVICE. It was definitely not good with the young man taking my order seemingly quite confused and probably should not be at the register. I ordered 4 things and there were issues with three of them and that’s not to mention the FIFTEEN+ minute gaps in between receiving different parts of my order. I ordered two sandwiches, a bagel and two coffees. The first sandwich took about ten minutes which I was ok with as it was a fresh cut deli sandwich. The second was a pork roll, egg and cheese on a bagel which came about 8 minutes later and WITHOUT cheese… I just figured«oh well» and took it anyway. This whole time I still hadn’t gotten my coffee which I had to ask for again. I sat and waited for my bagel, toasted with butter and after an additional 5 minutes and wondering how a buttered bagel could take so long, I inquired as to its status and I was met with«ohhhh yeah» and a few minutes later, it appeared and was NOTTOASTED. At this point my girlfriend said«do you realize how long we have been here?» Yes, I did notice… so look, you have a good thing here with quality food HOWEVER, it won’t take long to destroy it with poor service. The kids were polite but that’s only one part of it. You have been open long enough to have these issues worked out. I will be back but if it’s more of the same, I will not return again. Good service is about properly trained employees and respect for your customers.

I’ve been here a few times and find their bagels to be fresh and delicious. Their coffee is one of my favorites too. The employees are always very nice and serve in a timely manner.

I’ve been to this place about 3 times already and every time I went the bagels were really good, besides for the last time when I went and got a garlic bagel and took it home. When I got home and took out of the bag there was a long strand of hair in bedded in the garlic.Gross. that’s was the last i was there. Females if your working with food your should be in a tight bun or wear a net.

Bagels are not impressive at all. Small and tough. Service is slow. Went in after they were open for about a week. No other customers and it took about 10 minutes to cook my eggs & cheese. On top of that I asked that the eggs be well done and they were far from it.(See the photo I’ll post) Not coming back to this place. That’s certain.
