The food is ok but the staff are crooks they wlil charge so much bullshit it’s like you paying $ 10 extra to get delivered when the pizza itself is $ 10

I’ve never had a problem with this place, except the one time I order cheese sticks with only cheese and when it got it, it had bacon but other than that I’ve never had any problems, they deliver fast and they knock on your door if you don’t answer your phone :)

You’ve heard it once on this site, you’ll hear it again. This is a terrible Papa John’s store. I’ve lived in two other neighborhoods in New York City. I’ve lived in other cities — Chicago, IL and Kalamazoo, MI. In all of these locations I’ve ordered from Papa John’s. In none of these locations have I had the HORRIBLE delivery service that I’ve gotten from this location. I have a rule about dealing with bad service: I may yell, but I won’t use foul language with a poor schmuck employee in over his/her head. And I didn’t with the employees there. I yelled over the phone when I had been lied to about the arrival of my pizza after the two-hour mark(non-arrival, actually), and I yelled when I drove down there to figure out what the hell was going on. Ironically, at that point, the pizza had already gone out the door and the delivery guy called me when I was at the location — two-and-a-half hours after my order. But you know what? I did curse out the owner. When I did show up, there were TWO employees there trying and failing to keep it together and just as frustrated as I was. When I got back home, my wife showed me the pizzas that had been delivered — both TRASHED(see the photo). Payback from the guys working there, I guess. I called the owner again, and he said the order would be cancelled and I wouldn’t be charged. Now I find that the charge went through on my card. He’s said that I’d get the money back in cash(?!?). We’ll see. If you’re so woefully understaffed that you can’t operate your business, you show up yourself and do the work to get the product out the door, or you close up shop until you hire enough people to operate the business properly.

WORSTPAPAJOHN’S ACROSSAMERICA… The first time I ordered from here, they got my order wrong. I ordered a large pizza and soda and the delivery guy came to my door with a small pizza and small soda. I told him«that is not what I ordered»… his response was«It’s late! You are our last delivery for the night and I cannot come back to fix your order». I was totally upset, but hungry so took what he brought. A few months later around 7pm, I ordered pizza and soda. The delivery guy came to my door with pizza but no soda. I asked him«where is my soda?». His response was«We are out of drinks». Out of nowhere pops up another guy startling me with a ghetto plastic bag of Sierra Mist and Mountain Dew and told me this was all they have. This second guy was not at all dressed in uniform or neat attire but was apparently with the delivery guy. I told them I do not like those drinks and I should’ve gotten a phone call about this instead of bringing this to my door to replace what I want. Okay, fine… after a long conversation with them I decide to take the Sierra Mist(and mind you I tipped them regardless of the situation). Just yesterday, about a month and a half from that incident, I ordered a pizza and soda again. I ordered Orange soda this time(thinking that maybe they run out of Pepsi fast). The order was made at 12 noon. The delivery guy comes to my door with a pizza and without my soda… AGAIN! I asked him what is going on. He says«the machine is broken, so we can’t get the soda’s.» I’ve gotten no phone call about this. He says he will take it off of my bill. But come to find out, this man brought NO change with him and I had ended up giving him my whole $ 20 bill(because I was in a rush to pick up my kids from daycare since he came to my door 2 hours so late, and I didn’t want to overstay arguing with the cat). Soon after, I called the manager, and he says the machine is not broken and they are not out of soda’s, so he will call the driver to see what happened. I have yet to hear from him. I’ve had it! Never again with these people. If you happen to pass by this Papa John’s location… RUNNN! If you think about ordering from this location, do yourself a favor by calling the nearest Domino’s Pizza instead.

4 weeks ago my boyfriend and I ordered food online, on the papa johns website. The location it was coming from, called us and said they only had cheese sticks in the store. I told them that I didn;t store, and the store still has two hours before it closes. He brushed me off with an attitude, and said that was the only thing they had, so I either wanted the cheese sticks or not. I decided to take the cheese sticks, and they refused to give me my $ 2 refund they owed me since I used my card to make the order online(which they did not have in the store.) A week later we called papa johns and hour and a half before the store closed. They said that they didn’t have pizza the only thing they could sell us was cheese sticks. This is the second time this has happened and I made it known. A week later, they took 2 and a half hours to deliver the food. We live right down the block! Now tonight, i ordered food with my debit card. i called to find out where they were and they realized that they gave our food to the wrong house and that they were closing so there was nothing they can do about it. So now i am food-less and my debit card is charged. I am very disappointed with their service and I am very angry that my card is charged once again, and not having my food!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online and it did show up on time. However, instead of the two 2L Sierra Mists I ordered, since they were«out,» they gave me two 20oz’s instead. No call to let me know and ask if I would prefer a refund or maybe a different pop. Most other places would probably have refunded that portion of the purchase and offered the 20oz’s as compensation for the trouble. When I told the driver that I would rather have a refund, he told that I’m getting a «better deal» since the 20oz’s cost more than the 2L’s(huh?!). I said I’d rather have the refund anyways, he called the store manager, who apparently refused saying that the order had already been charged to my credit card. After the driver left, I called Papa John’s customer service line. They told me that someone would call me within 2 – 3 business days. A week later, no phone call. I called CS again. They said that they would re-send the complaint and I would get a phone call. Five days later, still no call. I called CS again, and the rep spoke directly to the store. I finally got a call back and the manager offered a refund of $ 3(not what I had paid, but whatever). Two days later, no one’s come by with the refund so I called the store again. I just got my refund, after two weeks. It’s not even about the money, but the principle… I paid for something and I expect to receive it. If you can’t honor your obligation, then either let me know so we can discuss it and come up with an acceptable alternative or give me my money back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We’ve previously had poor experiences with Papa John’s delivery, having to wait for pizza an hour after ordering. We ordered yesterday for a plan-ahead delivery at 7pm today, thinking that this would give them sufficient time to plan and deliver on time. It’s almost 9pm now, and I’m still optimistically expecting to hear the doorbell ring at any moment. I won’t get a chance to eat it today as I’ve sated my hunger an hour ago, but I called the store and they said the pizza was already out on delivery, so it’s coming, right?

..worst place! We ordered online and estimated delivery was 40 min. One hour later no pizza called them was put on hold for 10 min to be told they can’t find our order?! WHAT?! Then they told me its not the richmond hills papa johns! Uhm ok checked phone no and it’s the same no for Richmond hill site! Called again and another lady answered asked if its Richmond hill and she confirmed that it was! I mean what the heck is going on! Get ur crap together !!!

This is the worst Papa Johns In the worldd the staff is disgusting and rude disgraceful people. They have no class what so ever they have no sense of customer service they make you wait for spite just because they are lazy idiots that never did anything with their lives. Try not to order from here and Papa Johns Customer service inquiry’s don’t even care how disgraceful this place is. they over charge you for pizza yet they don’t even have a customer service hotline. sad so very sad do yourself a favor and don’t order from this place
