I really wish this MCD would be a lot more sanitized and cleaner. I walked into McDonald’s on a Saturday night around 10PM the whole entire place was so dirty and messy. Despite the fact I wanted to walked out because of all the mess I even waited about 5 min before I could ordered my food cause all the employees and manger was in the back. every time I walk into this MCD the customer service is really poor and the place is always dirty !!! I will not be returning back to this MCD.

The staff on saturdays (evening) is absolutely horrible. They always seem stressed and disorganised. The restaurant is dirty and employees including manager pick their nose and collect money and then fill your fries with the same hands. The health department needs to investigate this establishment. The fries are usually cold and i’ve NEVER gotten a full container.

McDs is not real meat its nasty dirty smells like feet and they do have a major loitering problem staff is slow and managers and employees look stressed and annoyed all the time its a waste of time and money

The food is good, the staff friendly, it is clean. Could use a remake but it’s ok.
BUT .
. It has a loitering problem. Last time I was there there was a street person sleeping there sitting up at one of the tables.
Prior to that there was a street person hanging around talking to himself.
I felt incomfortable. I will never go back unless they hire a security guard.

Never order a McChicken sandwich late at night if you are a person who don’t like or can’t eat spicy foods. If they don’t want to make another batch of original chicken, you will find that they gave you a spicy chicken sandwich instead. Is it possible that they made a mistake? Highly unlikely, since 2 out of 3 were original. That means that the savages who made the sandwich made the conscious decision to grab a spicy chicken patty out of the separate tray, wrap it up, and serve it. If I would have known at the time, I would have complained. But I made it all the way home to give everyone their food. I’ll never order from this McDonalds again!

I refuse to go hear any more I’d rather drive 10 minutes away then eat the nasty food here. Months ago i brought a fish sandwich here around 5pm and it tast like it was sitting all day long. Then a few weeks ago I tested it again and purchased a big breakfast here with hot cakes and again nasty. It tasted like they never cleaned the grill. I just threw it right in the garbage and said never again. Other then that the line moves at a snails pace.

I came here today around 1:00 PM. Unlike some other locations, this McDonald’s has a true dollar menu. I ordered 2 McDoubles and a McChicken sandwich. The food was ready in about 5 minutes and was piping hot.

Sunday morning’s ICK where the service is snail as a turtle’s movement for a team of seven to slouch around and not servicing customers. A line easily formed at 7:45am where all I desired a measly breakfast sandwich at $ 2.59 to make my day for substance. What does it take to sustain substance? The cashier did not smile as her demur is callous and robotic machine like syndrome. Don’t knock for «you get what you pay for» as patrons will be waiting for a salvation. How many workers does it take to serve one customer?
This McDonald’s sits on Liberty Avenue at 120th Street accessible on the last stop of the A Lefferts Boulevard train.
