***Worst Customer Service** We were looking for a dress for a older person celebrating their birthday. We found a beautiful gown here but the staff was unprofessional, extremely rude and should not be in retail. The gowns here are beautiful but they will NEVER get our business, EVER. We left and bought a gown at a more professional retail store. Extremely dissatisfied, does not even deserve ONE star.

This review is long overdue. I purchased my daughter’s sweet sixteen dress there and we had a very good experience. Given the location, my daughter and I were very impress by the huge selection of dresses they have. The dresses are pricey but very beautiful, worth every penny.
The sales girl was very helpful and had a lot of patience
with us. I went back there to purchase other dresses and even recommended family and friends. I gave this store only 3 stars because the fitting room is very, very small and there is hardly place to move around once you try on the dress.

I actually have had a positive experience here. My sister was searching for a sweet sixteen dress. The owner took us upstairs to see selections. They do have some nice designers. My sister saw some she liked and we were also given the option of looking through the book. They gave their opinions and were helpful in the process

This is the worst dress store you can possibly go to. From the owner of the store to the understaffed crew, I honestly have absolutely nothing nice to say. Their treatment of potential customers is disgusting. They are rude and unhelpful and refused to let my cousin try on a dress because we left to look at other stores. The owner cursed at us and threw us out despite the fact that we were extremely polite and courteous. The owner even accused us of not having enough money to buy a potential dress we wanted to buy. I have endless complaints about their store and the way their business is run however I don’t have enough time in the world to write all that is wrong about this store. The only message I wish to convey is that I highly do not reccomend that anyone patronize their business and if there was such a thing as a negative star, they would be completely deserving of it.

Da Zone gets its’ one star for having a decent selection of formal wear. in a back room.
Given the location, I’m not overly surprised the employees in there are utterly unprofessional. However, they are all snobby misfits, and will never get a penny from me after my last visit. This is the type of spot where they’ll only show any kind of interest in a customer if they think you’re made of money.
Remember in the movie Selena, when her and a friend went shopping for the Grammys, and the vile lady in the boutique told them, «I don’t think you’d be interested in that one. that dress is $ 800 dollars.» Well that scene played in my head when an all too similar experience went down at ‘Da Zone.’ This particular employee told me «Well. you can only try it on if you plan on buying it, it’s $ 400. The ones out front are cheaper, you should look there.» Maybe, I ‘looked’ poor to these people? But, the sales women in there aren’t much to look at themselves. Pffft! Screw this place forever.
BTW fellow Unilocalers, I ended up with a stunning Badgley Mischka gown from Saks, Prom 2011 here I come!
