Williams-Sonoma

Yesterday I went in to purchase a Vitamix blender. I was met at the counter by Vera, a lovely W&S employee. She was very knowledgeable and willing to find answers to all of my questions. She guided me to exactly what I needed and even got me a discount for the dry container I added to the purchase.
There is always something cooking or being sampled, so the store is usually busy with foot traffic. Vera made a point to make sure I, and others, understood that I was her priority but would be with them as soon as I was all set.
She offered to have me pick it up at the back door, which was a very nice gesture and very much appreciated. While their prices may be higher than TJ Maxx (whose isn’t?!) the customer service is impeccable.
