There’s not too many locally owned supplement & vitamin stores in Maine. I’ve been in here a handful of times to get my vitamins and whey protein. They offer a wide selection of brands and flavors for supplements. The staff is knowledgable and are more than happy to help someone who isn’t sure what they want but know what there trying to achieve health wise. They seem to have the lowest prices around comparing them to GNC, Supplement Center, and Vitamin Shoppe. Give them a try if your in the Greater Portland area!

It’s always fun to support the local businesses and this is one local business I will be supporting as long as I live in Portland. Everyone I’ve encountered has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as willing to answer my questions. They have offered me suggestions and have been spot on with all of them so far :) I agree with the other review that prices are good, too. That’s just an added bonus to the great service you will receive.

A great place for your supplement needs. They are an amazingly helpful staff who are willing to talk to you about products and share their own recommendations. To me that is the most important part, they are not trying to sell their own products and they actually know what they are talking about. The prices are pretty good too, especially compared to any other nutritional center in the area.

Good selection of vegan protein. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the products they sold and gave me some tips on how to use a product I was interested in. Prices are competitive. I’ll be shopping there again.
