Its a clean and fast service. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. However I was disappointed on the assorted seafood soap. Its was rather bland with no flavor. The broth was too watery without flavor. Surprised because I’ve ordered take out before and its was really good. First time dinning in and was left disappointed. I guess their soup is not their specialty.

A pretty ok noodle place. Wide variety of different items in the menu, mostly noodles. It was also surprising that the apps menu had more items than your typical Chinese restaurants. To my personal taste, the chow fun was a slightly on the greasier side. The build-your-own vegetable dish is pretty ok too. The service here isn’t the nicest/quickest, but I’ll take it.

Great food, the noodle soups are their specialty, so go for those. My friends tell me their entrees were good, but not great(imagine standard takeout Chinese entrees but like a half step up). Their service is ~meh~, you can occasionally get a nice server, but for the most part they are pretty dry. Might be a cultural thing, but it doesn’t bother me too much. Go for the Go Go Noodle or Roast Pork/Duck soup!

My parents loves this place for their soups and they close late, until 1am. So I figured I would come in one night with my mom to try it out. Nice place inside, you would not expect it since its inside a small complex. I tried the shrimp wonton soup and the garlic fried chicken wings. Both were ok. So they serve complimentary tea and I love tea, however drinking two cups I later found a bug in my drink!!! –__– Service is fast and staff was attentive. I guess I’m just not a soup person and the bug in my tea threw me off. If you love soup, bugs in your tea, and late night dining then come here!

Understanding that this place falls along the fast-Chinese category of restaurants, the location serves its function without too much additional flare. However it gets the job done. Its a super casual place with customers ranging from the single elderly grandmother eating quietly on her own to the raucous bunch of college students. From a health stance, the dishes are universally glazed in oil, and there is a serious dearth in vegetable options. The chicken was bit disappointing – lots of bone or fatty pieces.

Maybe because so many friends raved about this place, so my expectations were high and my food did not meet the expectations. Or maybe because I ordered a menu item that was not one of their specialties. Whatever the reason, I can only base my review off of the beef congee that I got and the overall service, so here goes: My congee was really bland. I could tell right off the bat that they ODed on the cornstarch to make it thicker, and it honestly just tasted like white rice, msg, a few pieces of beef. Nothing amazing. Maybe I should order a noodle dish next time… TLDR: the food was bland, but I should have probably tried a noodle dish.
