Great eye brow threading and haircuts but when I called the salon they gave me an estimate for $ 35 for a wash and cut for long hair. I have medium to long hair and when I was done w my cut they charged me 65 $!!! I was shocked that they wouldn’t tell me before and just charged me so much. The hair cut came out great and I truly don’t mind spending for quality but I hate when salons are sneaky and dishonest.

So, i have been going to this salon for 4 years now mainly only for waxing. So far never had a major complain. This time they used a different wax on me and each time my beautician pulled the strip off me it didnt get off easily. She knew i was not happy with all the tugging but continued. She pulled my skin so many times in so many places on my hands and legs that i am left with scars all over. I thought they might go so i never made it a big issue. However, its a month and its not even lightening. I went back to show them my scars and they were like «oh! we used a better wax this time so we dont know how this happened» and this was it. I was truly disappointed by this and im not a person to create havoc so im just not going back there at all for any services.

This salon is a bit pricy however, it is very clean and professional. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Personally, cleanliness and friendliness are my top priorities. I recently moved to the area and have tried several other salons in the area but, they were not hygienic at all. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is willing to pay a little more for excellent & clean services. Also, I was told that they have specials throughout the year.

The place does the job for most of your cosmetic needs– eyebrows, upper lip, facials, waxing, etc. I think it is making more of an effort towards providing better customer service and specials throughout the year. The staff is accommodating and friendly, however there are times where it lacks quality. Overall, it is a good place to go if you live in the area.
