We made a reservation for a car and when we got there, they didn’t have anything ready for us (yes we were a bit late). So they were going to make us pay more money for an upgrade or wait for another car to get ready. This is ridiculous, I mean, at Hertz last time I rented from them, they upgraded for free since they didn’t have the car ready. Enterprise wanted 5 dollars a day extra for the upgrade even though they weren’t ready. And of course they did not tell us all of this until after we went through and already paid and Everything. Essentially for $ 15 they lost me as a customer and I won’t be returning.

I’ve been renting with Enterprise for years and from west coast to east coast, I usually rent from a local branch in Jacksonville, Florida and recently was visiting friends in NYC and this is one of the best and most friendly Enterprise branch location I have ever experienced in the country. They truly made me feel like a VIP. Excellent customer service and super nice and clean late model vehicles, keep up the great work Enterprise. I Will most definitely return to this location the next time I’m visiting NYC.

Quite possibly the best pickup experience I’ve ever had. Adrianne was SUPER DUPER NICE and able to squeeze me in at the very last minute after the toolbags at the Green Brook Enterprise failed miserably at being decent human beings.
Not only did I get a free upgrade as my class of car was all out, but she was willing to stick around a little bit to make sure that everything went thru ok…
I will gladly rent from here next time and everytime thereafter when I visit NJ. Just the fact that everyone in the place had a smile and seemed to care about helping the customers. made me REALLY HAPPY!
