David just to clarify for myself and for others who read your reviews. Why would you be so in a hurry to have me sign your one year lease if I had all these violations? Please, help us all understand the urgency in this to the point of not asking for Mr. Mationg’s info as most management’s would have. But wait, he was the primary applicant when we signed our one year lease back in 2007 with Perez property management so shouldn’t you have all that info? Rent payments have been issued thru Mr. Mationg’s checking account with chase. Yet you were so in a hurry to have me sign that you had no time to just ask for his info? Idk sounds really funny too me. I mean look at the facts; out of the 4 occupying units. Only 1 has a month to month agreement, the Lozano’s have been waiting for this magical one year lease agreement to appear since Feb and we are now in May and they still have nothing. You also never produced a lease agreement for unit #4. Yet lucky me, the disgruntled, passive aggressive, lease violating tenant was given a one year lease and because I know my rights and I practiced them by asking a question on a concern to this binding contract that just didn’t seem right too me, you got angry and posted a 60 day notice on my door. BTW, giving you copies of the door keys because you advised me I had too, doesn’t give you the right to unlock my security door to tape the notice to the main door. I dont doubt that you probably came into the unit. Why did you only ask copies of my keys but not the other tenants? You were a little overly friendly, flirtatious and started to make me feel really uncomfortable. So when you stated why you did not need Mr. Mationg’s signature, which these were your words, «to keep communication between you and I only just the way it’s been.» I’m sorry but I did not feel comfortable signing. What you did by canceling that lease and posting 60 day notice was an act of retaliation. Idk if you have something against women or just Hispanic women, maybe your angry because here your a realtor and yet you don’t even own a home. Well correction, you used to own a home till you had to give it to the ex wife because of the divorce. Would that be in Glendale or was it in Burbank. That might explain the power trip you got going because you have some serious issues that you really need to address. I hope you get the help you need. The more you respond, the more you make it obvious your in the wrong by trying to explain yourself. All I can say is Karma… your not a good person I feel sorry for you.

David Booth get’s no stars from us. Due to unprofessional langue. Unprofessional words for a professional guy. And yes GUESS what we have to move out just cause his the new SHIRRIFF in town. IT’S SOSTRESSFULTOLIVEKNOWINGSOMEONEISJUSTWATCHINGYOU. I’VELOSTMYBABY. The Tenants from unit #2 and #3 have been living there for 8yrs already I’ve only been there 2yrs but we have rights. He always is looking for anything to say against us. Even though I text the owner letting her know the situation she didn’t listen. The good thing she knows.

As a realtor, I’ve had to work with a variety of different agents and property managers. Not everyone is easy to work with but David of the Jireh Group was a breath of fresh air. My client recently leased one of his properties in Pasadena and he was very helpful and professional during the whole process. David is friendly, flexible, and very accommodating. My client had a smooth move in process and he was very responsive with any issues that came up. I wish that every agent/property manager that I work with in the future could be as great as David. Thanks!

Our family is moving down to LA for a job and had a tight timeline to find a place(less than 2 weeks). Competition for houses in our price range and preferred areas was pretty fierce. But David Booth helped us to rent a cute little house that we really wanted, over more than a dozen other applicants. We are so thrilled! David is thorough, flexible, and prompt and was putting together the deal for us, even as late as 11pm, to help us meet our moving deadline. We are ao grateful to David!

I took a job in another county and needed someone manage the lease for my Monrovia home. I needed someone who could deal with it all and just keep me informed as I was completely immersed in my new job and new life. David has been amazing dealing with the tenants, taking care of any issues that arose, professionally and far more graciously than I would or could. He answers their requests and my questions within hours. When I mentioned that I hadn’t expected a response until normal business hours resumed, he just laughed, «Business hours? What are those?». He’s thorough, professional, easy to work with, accessible, knowledgeable, responsive, and does whatever needs to be done. I am so grateful knowing he’s handling everything and I don’t have to worry about or deal with any of it. He takes care of it and I get a check. Can’t beat that!

David takes care of his property owners completely. Property Insurance was up for renewal and he called me to do an insurance review and we got them a better policy at a better price. Most Property Managers would just pay a bill … The Jireh Group and David went the extra mile !
