This place should actually have to pay people to go there. Rude receptionist– Tammy. How do people with such a nasty disposition get hired in places where they have to interact with the public on a daily basis? I have talked to her twice on the phone and both times she was rude– cut me off, did not allow me to finish a sentence and in general– a foul, nasty person

Dr. Dunlevy at Pasadena ENT and allergy is wonderful. He took the time to hear all about my allergies and my symptoms, and gave me options for treatment and symptom relief, while not forcing the only option of anything invasive like surgery until I am ready to discuss. I was given a hearing test by a wonderful audiology technician named Alina, who was a smart cookie and very friendly. Very enjoyable experience at a very professional practice.

Charged for unnecessary test, and told nothing I didn’t already know. Stopped in for Vertigo symptoms. Made it clear to them that I knew about Epley Maneuver. Then when I stopped in for the check up, they had me spend 30 min in a small closet spaced room, exam room, for an unnecessary hearing test. Once that was done, I was seen by the doctor. His answer? Nothing I didn’t know. Then he handed me a printed out sheet of another alternate exercise which is known to be inferior than Epley Maneuver. Total bill? $ 142.50 Alot of people are taken by doctors in private practice who charges $$$ for unnecessary tests and procedures. Its incredible what 10min of face to face time with Dr could cost you in this country. What a shame.
