This is a long over-​due review. Looking through my wedding pics and remembered to post my review. Giovanna did my hair & makeup for my wedding. Everything was going well till mid-​to late process… she seemed in a rush to finish my hair & makeup and moody. I mean, so in a rush that I asked her how I should put on my veil (hinting to her that I’d like her to out it on) as she was packing to leave, and she says «just put it on». I guess she noticed how upset I was when she said that and she comes back and shoves the veil half-​ass on my hair (it really hurt actually). As much money as I paid for her services and it being my freaking WEDDING day… I was really upset. This set the tone for me going into my ceremony upset and even more nervous than I should have been. Make up & hair looked good, but customer service and professionalism, not so much.

Giovanna is amazing. I went to her when I decided to cut bangs. I was so nervous the first time I went but then she cut my bangs perfectly! And bangs are not easy to make perfect. They were the exact length I had wanted and looked great with the shape of my face.
