Bad business. Made an appointment last week and was sent a confirmation email. I show up to a locked door and multiple notices on the door, with one being for unpaid rent. I called and no one answered. What a waste of time.

This is unbelievable! DONOTGOHERE! I’m outside in the parking lot trying to get into the building for my 11am appt and nobody is here. I made an appt online yesterday, got an online confirmation and still website says there are open on Sundays. The worst part is that this is the second time this has happened to me. Read my other review if you want to know about the horrible customer service here. The first time the owner walked out while I was coming in for a scheduled appt and said she couldn’t take me even with an appt. She got in a car and left me standing in the entry way. I have a package here so I can’t stop coming or else I’ll lose a couple of hundred bucks that I paid for the visits. This is the worst business I have ever encountered.

I wish I could give a zero star. Had an appointment on Saturday morning, but no one showed up at the office. The building was closed and locked down. Tried to call but no one picked up. Wasting my time.

TERRIBLESERVICE!!! I booked my appointment a week in advanced as I was coming from out of town so i had two other appointments in the area as well. I called numerous times the day before for info on the appointment, with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. I should have known better by that. But I get there the doors are locked i call probably over 40times no answer. After finally deciding to leave an hour later to make my TWOHOURDRIVE back home to get home in time to pick up my kids from school, i get a call from a lady asking if I want an appointment I said I had an appointment she says that they’re closed today and I said I booked my appointment a week ago she again says I’m sorry we’re closed today I told her that I drove 2 hours for the appointment and she asked if I want to make an appointment for tomorrow I said no I don’t live out here. This lady didnt speak very good english either and didnt really seem to care. I had two appointments booked for this week but I will not be going back to that place. Completely ruined my entire detox day that I had FINALLY planned for myself. Its unfortunate because I rarely get time to do stuff for myself as I am a business owner myself and this service was completely unacceptable. If you arent open then dont allow people to book appointments online. I sat there waiting and booked another appointment an hour out hoping they will show up and nothing!!! If I could give a negative stars I would! I should have read the latest reviews

I called this phone number 3 times today. The women that answered hardly spoke English and was really impatient as soon as I said i was calling to make an appointment she said«no one called you» and hung up on me. I went on the website to verify the phone number and called again twice and no one answers. You could have had a loyal customer but very unprofessional reception .!

I have had many colonic from several different locations. I am giving this 4 stars based on my preferred method for colon cleansing. They use an open system Libbe machine at this location. An open system means that the water enters through the tube, but the exiting matter escapes through a bowl, around the tube. This means that you are left alone for the duration of your time. For some, this may be preferential, especially if it is their first time having a colonic. Privacy may be more important. A closed system on the other hand means that everything travels through the tube. The tube therefore is larger and you have trained therapist by your side controlling the whole thing. I prefer this because the therapist knows how to most effectively cleanse you as they control the water flow. I felt like I would get a deeper flush and a fuller fill. When you are alone on an open system, the water never stops flowing, so you just push whenever you want to, and you may not fill as much as you would with a therapist controlling the water. Anyway, it’s a clean place, and the staff is friendly. It seemed lacking a bit in ambience. I am only saying this because I have been to total hippy dippy amazing clinics before. This one is like a doctor’s office in comparison. No lava lamps or psychedelic posters here, darnit!

I just went today and had my «procedure» done after buying a Groupon for one session, and let me say not buying a bundle of more sessions was the biggest regret I have from this whole experience. This place is absolutely amazing! The building is a nice clean medical facility, with easy parking and they have a clear consciousness of keeping your session private. The lobby and rooms are kept immaculately, and the machine was very clearly sterilized between sessions(including brand new out of package tubes used). The woman who works weekends(whose name I regretfully cannot remember) was PERFECT! She was incredibly professional, walked me through this first time procedure procedure process with incredible knowledge and made the entire experience comfortable– which says a lot considering what this experience entails. She checked on me a couple of times after initially making sure that everything was working properly, provided Vitamin C water afterwards, and walked me through proper nutrition following the treatment. In the end, I lost 2 pounds and 4 cm from my waist, feel fantastic, and am definitely going to come back! :)

A little embarrassed to write this review, but YOLO. Yes, I had colon hydrotherapy and yes, I feel AMAZING. The staff was great. Explained everything well and was very sweet. The woman that helped me(wish I got her name!) made the whole awkwardness of the experience go away. It was an extremely clean facility, my privacy and modesty was respected at all times, and the actual procedure made me feel VERY clean inside. I LOVEDIT. I’ll be leaving the area soon but every time I visit I will make sure to stop and get cleaned out :) PS, very appropriate that their bathroom is gorgeous: D

Im giving 4 stars because i have never done colon hydrotherapy before so have yet to try others and well there is always room for improvement. If i ever visit again we will see if they do indeed get the 5 stars. The location is easy to find, nice and private building. Parking available. The staff is nice she is very informative and calming. She gives some personal experience of her own thay helps you unwind. The facility is clean from the waiting room to the restrooms. I enjoyed my first visit. Might be back next month i am on a fitness journey and although this does not make you loose wait only about a pound or so and a couple cm from the wait it is def a jumpstart to clean eating and changing yoir diet. Colon hydrotherapy helps remove all the toxins from all the GMO’s we as americans have been comsuming for years. Anywho good job colonearspa

Great first time experience with a colonic. It’s super clean and the receptionist was extremely informative and made the process easy. It was a bit scary in the beginning because I felt my stomach get really full and I was really nervous and tense. Once I got over the nervousness and relaxed I was able to just release and enjoy watching all the gunk leave my body. I will definitely come back.

I had been wanting to try a colon cleanse for a while. I found this place on groupon it was $ 59 dollars, although they have a special at this time for $ 60 dollars for first time. The location was easy to find on the second floor of a medical building… first impressions, very clean looking and smelling. Scented candels … was greeted by an asian young lady that actually smiled and said, «hi, may I help you.» She handed me some routine health review forms and the we poceeded to the actual room… she explained colon disease and then showed me how the open system colon cleansing works… went over the knobs and then the tube that I would have to insert in my rectum(yikes). You are given a gown, lube and a glove and the you call her when you think you ready… You are ready to start– the machine starts, water goes into your intestine thru the tube, and you feel like pooping… and you do! You get to see what’s coming thru the clear pipes on the floor. The thing here is getting yourself to relax, and just let it be… You are weighed and measured before and after… There is no pain afterwards, you may still some water in your intestines and need to go a few times after… Over all it wasn’t bad… good way for me to start my diet and exercise routine. I would do it again…

Learned about this company from one of the daily deal sites(I’m subscribed to so many I don’t remember which!) and since I have always wanted to try a colonic, I said, why not?! It’s easy to find in South Pas in a small medical building(Huntington Medical) on Huntington Blvd. Parking was free and plentiful. The actual building and office is very nice, clean and very zen. You sign some paperwork to make sure it is safe for you to do colon hydrotherapy and they show you to one of their treatment rooms(they have three). For those of you of who have experience with colon hydrotherapy, theirs is an open system and not closed. I had read a little bit about colon hydrotherapy before showing up so I wasn’t scared and was quite excited to «cleanse» myself and lose some extra weight the«easy» way but started freaking out when the lady told me I was going to do everything all by myself. Say whaaa. ??! She calmly told me not to be scared and that it was very easy. This didn’t help much since the lady talking me through it had a VERY heavy Asian accent so you not only have to remember what she is saying but actually trying to deciper it all at the same time. She was nice, so no biggie. She showed me 4 different knobs and how they work(which at the time of me freaking out seemed like a billion different knobs and I started thinking maybe I should take start taking notes). In a nutshell, you lie down on a bed with your legs elevated like you are about to give birth. The butt area part of the bed is lower and has a drain hole. You slide a small tube up your butt(this is not the difficult part btw) and you turn on the water. You start feeling really weird and queasy as super pure water(purer than the kind you drink) fill up your large intestines. Then you start having a strong urge that you need to poop. Well, smarty pants, you do. Your body’s first reaction is to keep the poop in and your butt muscles tighten. But the main part that you really need to get used to is that you just need to LET.IT. GO. Yes, I know it’s weird to poop while laying down, but you do it. A LOT. I thought the small tube would come out as poop after poop after poop leave your body but it doesn’t. It stays inside endlessly pumping water into your colon filling it up and thus pushing out poop. There is a clear tube at the bottom of the machine where you see your toxins, gasses and bodily waste leaving your body. Kinda cool actually. I took pictures and if I get enough interest might post it here on Unilocal :-) For the next 35 minutes, you have that icky«i-need-to-poop» feeling because of all the water going inside of you cleaning you out. It definitely helps to massage your stomach during the treatment. And there is a push button just in case you need help from the front desk. They also provide a blanket while you’re laying there because it does get really cold. But your butt doesn’t. It stays a constant 101 degrees because of the tube up your butt pumping hot/warm water into you. The lady at the front says some people bring their iPad and watch movies while doing their treatment, good to know. I didn’t bring an iPad, just my iPhone so I was Facebooking and Instagramming mid-poop. It helped take my mind of the weirdness of this whole experience. All in all I would try it again. But not anytime soon. I think our bodies do a pretty good job of cleaning our wastes. I would only do it as a booster once or twice a year. I lost 3 – 4 cm from my waistline and immediately after, half a pound. Since there is leftover water from your intestines, it will take a couple of hours to fully come out. So I would say I probably lost another 1.5 lbs. Yay me :)
