Dunkin’ Donuts

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Worst place ever!!! I went in a few minutes ago to get a milk shake and an ice cream. The shake was full of salt ask me why? I don’t know why! There is about 15 employees there who don’t know what the hell they are doing. It took them about 6 minutes to get to me to take my order when I finally go my order I was standing on the line for another 5 minutes just for the lady to ask me what I wanted. When I told her what I wanted she sent me on another line just to pay! Fucking ridiculous!!! When I got to the register to pay the lady there was the manager I tried telling her this was the worst experience she had the nerve to tell me don’t come back there. What kind of place are they running. Same thing with the drive thru you have to repeat your order about 12 times because they don’t pay attention to you their always inside talking and laughing.

I went here because it was convenient and carvel was a little further… I should have drove a little further ! There were long lines while employees stood around speaking in their language to each other and not acknowledging the customers, then I finally got my order and took another 15 min to pay. All this while a manager was also on duty. I hope they close down soon and build a carvel in that spot !

Ok– people are getting this location and the 9405 Rockaway blvd location mixed up. This is the location right off the Van wyck expwy. Yes, it is a typical DD with angry Indian employees that occasionally mess up your orders and then make you feel like it’s your fault BUT this DD is the only one in this part of town with a drive through. So lazy, anti-​social people like me will choose to keep coming here. You know better than to expect 5 star treatment from DD people, wake up!

Me: Can I have a double shot iced hazelnut latte with regular milk and splenda
Server: What!
Me: May I have a double shot iced hazelnut latte with regular milk and splenda — no whip cream
Server: (talking in hindi with someone and just completely ignored me)
Me: May I placed an order please
Server: I ask you three times what you need!
Me: iced hazelnut latte with regular milk and splenda — no whip cream!!!
Server: drive up
worst of the worst Dunkin Donut, I don’t understand why their English is so poor, this just makes it so much more difficult to communicate with the order taker or the cashier (or anyone in there). I never got a chance to complete my order, I drove up and was handed a medium iced latte with whip cream (did I forget to mention that I ordered the same EXCAT coffee the day before). today’s total $ 5.41 (smaller size) yesterday’s total $ 4.41
i’d rather not give any stars, but that’s not an option.

Worst Dunkin donuts! Horrible service they just walk by you & look at you! The manager needs some management classes because he has no idea how to address his customers or employees. Everything in the store has frostbite! Unsat!

Customer service is horrible and management needs to learn how to address clients. The hand packed ice cream is frost bitten, wonder exactly how sanitary the place is if stuff in the freezer has gone bad…

Not a bad dunkin donuts. clean and civil. best one on rockaway.
