Rude staff, didn’t answer my questions, instead looked at my like I was stupid because I asked the options I had to pay for a phone?! Avoid going to the south orange location

Don’t come to this store and expect any sort of customer service if you are white. This a reoccurring issue, not a one time situation. Sales help is rude and dismissive and makes no attempt to help the customer.

The BEST T-Mobile I have been to since I have switched from AT&T. When I went to switch companies, the Store Manager herself, Nicole, came to help me. This was very rare to me because usually managers do not come out to explain everything in detail. I had AT&T for years and was very skeptical about switching companies and I thought I would not be happy; thus far I am. I was able to get all of the services on my phone that interested me and it was at a cheaper price. The store itself is very clean and neatly organized so it makes the shopping experience pleasant. The patience the employees have is also refreshing. I will definitely come back to this location to handle all bigger issues, such as phone switching or plan adjustments even though I live in Brooklyn. This alone says enough! I highly recommend this store.

Worst service phone store I’ve ever been to – AVOID at all costs! Extremely poorly informed staff, enough to turn me off subscribing to their service. Had no idea about seevice coverage or plans(even though there were flyers all over the place and a computer monitor with an interactive service map– i chose not to point these out as it was clear they had no clue about their job). Decided to pick up a pair of extra headphones before leavomg, it took me about one minute to decide. Slowest payment ever. I was in the store alone, no ither customers, and the cashier literally took ten minutes to attempt to process my order before failing due to a «slow system». I swiped my credit card twice, both payments did not go through due to a «system glitch». The cashier next to mine could care less about helping, and was texting on her phone. This turned out to be the manager! After 10 minutes of struggling, she finally sighed and stepped over. I suggested trying another machine, and she did. The payment took about two minutes, still long for a single pair of headphones, and i skipped the receipt even, i just wanted to get the heck out of there. This is a terrible store. You will not get the best deals here due to the ridiculously inept staff. Try googling other phone stores in the area, you’ll save more money in the long run.
