This is a great little store. They have a bit of everything, from beer and wine, to the hard stuff. After several visits, I’ve decided that the beer selection is their strong suit. They have a lot of different stuff, from micro to macro production, and prices are fair. They carry a bunch of breweries that I’ve never seen anywhere else, which is pretty cool. I’m secretly hoping that one day I’ll roll up and they’ll have shelves and shelves of Heady Topper, but that’s just a pipe dream for now. Sigh.
The owners are very nice and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. In terms of South Orange and this particular end of Maplewood, A&D is as good as it gets. Check them out.

I LOVE this store and I love the owners. They are a small store but have a solid selection of beer and customer service that is second to none. They will text me when rare beers come in and are always super friendly. I won’t go anywhere else and neither should you.

This is by far my all time favorite liquor store in the area! So convenient, with a good selection and great prices, the owner Sanjay & his son Jay are the nicest people, super friendly and always going out of their way to help! The best part is they are happy to order anything for you they don’t carry in store!
