Mitchell is an amazing massage therapist and offers profound healing work for exercise/​sports injuries and chronic pain. He is highly technical (knows all the pressure/​trigger points and has a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, muscles and connective tissue). He helped me release a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders which helped heal the occurrence of headaches/​migraines. He also helped me with my sciatica and some other yoga injuries.
He is a truly gifted healing massage practitioner –definitely worth a try!

He is very knowledgable, passionate, & experienced to help & offer advice on any issues involving any posture or imbalance problems. I have experienced much pain & stress relief as a result of the complex stretch & messages he knows. Muscles I never knew could be stretched or even existed are thoroughly messaged. Also he is very honest if you buy a package of sessions at a discounted rate he will always remember, so if you happens to be away for a while or just too busy with work or school & forget it’s good to know he’ll keep an honest and accurate record.
The facility itself is very clean and peaceful
