Phillips & Miller MD

It was my fist time coming here and I was happy with everything.
The only down thing was I waiting for thirty minutes to see the doctor, even when I had an appointment.
I went to Dr. Miller, she was great and made me feel comfortable for my first time. She would tell me what she’ll be doing and will make sure if I’m doing fine.
The nurse before her was great as well and they both made it comfortable for me.

The staff here is unbelievable. I called to schedule a pap with their NP Katie Robson because she was very highly recommended.
I asked the woman who answered the phone for the prices because I have to pay out of pocket (they’re not in my network). She told me that she didn’t know the price, so I asked to be transferred to billing so that they could tell me. She informed me that they wouldn’t know either. (Wow!) Then she proceeded to tell me that just for the office visit (the privilege of walking into their office?) it would be $ 250! but she still had no idea how much the pap would be.
I hope the NP and doctors in this office realize the importance of properly training their staff. The receptionist & staff in the front give the first impression and are the first contact that patients have with any office. The first impression of this office stinks!

I would give this office more stars, if I could.
I had a crazy insurance issue involving generics and my regular doctor was away on 2 weeks vacation; however, the wonderful nursing staff at Phillips & Miller saved the day! Both nurses I spoke with were more than understanding and compassionate about the annoying insurance issue and very willing to do whatever was needed to get it fixed! They worked until 5pm to get it resolved today! Thank you!!!
