Follow up review. After calming down and doing more research on Dr. Kohrman, it was interesting to see that everyone said that he is an excellent Neurologist but his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. So I took a deep breath and decided to make an appointment with Dr. Kohrman to get the results of my MRI. I waited patiently and was surprised when Dr. Kohrman walked in and said «I read your review on Unilocal.» So I smiled and told him how he made me feel on my first appointment. Dr. Kohrman listened, apologized, and asked me if I would like to begin anew. I said definitely! He said that out of everything bad comes something good. I hope that this experience helps make it better for others and that Dr. Kohrman keeps this in mind every time he treats a patient. Dr. Kohrman reviewed my x-​rays. was attentive, answered all of my questions and provided an action plan. I am sure he is an excellent doctor and I am thrilled it turned out to be such a pleasant visit. Will definitely be back. Those in the medical field need to understand the importance of having compassion, patience and providing personalized care. We are «human beings and customers» and must be treated with courtesy and respect.
