I received the most beautiful arrangement from this florist for Valentine’s Day from my boyfriend who lives in Atlanta. This is not only the most gorgeous arrangement but the flowers are very fresh and fragrant. You will not be disappointed if you use this florists. Thank you for making such a gorgeous arrangement for me.

Bakman’s created beautiful custom arrangements for my sister’s baby shower using some rubber ducky vases my mom and I had found on Amazon. They were so accommodating working with the materials we already had, and everyone at the party was impressed with how cute they turned out. Moreover, they were running behind at the time we were scheduled to pick them up and rather than ask us to come back, they delivered them to my mom’s house an hour later. Great local business; I would highly recommend.

I ordered a funeral floral arrangement for a very close family member. I clicked the link provided by Phillips Funeral Home in South Lyon. I did this on Sunday afternoon, the day before the viewing. I was at the funeral home from 2PM until 7PM visiting with family members. I looked around several times for the flowers I had ordered and paid for. I did not see them so I asked Ross, a member of the funeral home staff, to look around. He called the florist, who did not answer. The funeral was this morning and I had to take time to send an email to inquire why my flowers were not delivered. I was told they were just «too busy» and «overwhelmed» after the holiday. Okay… but if you cannot deliver, YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY to contact the customer at some point and let them know so other arrangements can be made with a different, more reputable florist. If having flowers for a family member means a lot to you and you need to be sure they will arrive, do not use Bekman Florist. All I got was «oh, sorry». No offer to send something. Nothing. This is inexcusable.
