Love the food, service and specially the beer! Servers are being very caring and that’s what makes It perfect!

BEWARE! If you come in with six or more people you will be required to do the math yourself when your checks need to be separated. This includes items, tax, and the HANDWRITTEN in gratuity. Evidently their system can’t separate checks which is asinine because I’ve waited tables in several different systems and never experienced this. The manager will tell you that«most parties pay on one check» and that will be the end of it. I know that most big parties don’t pay on one check so this is complete bullshit. The manager could not have cared less about my concerns even when I didn’t receive the salad I requested before my meal. If you want to be treated like shit then please come to this restaurant! After reading several reviews it looks like this a common theme with management. This place has potential with its location, ambiance, and food options, but I’ll definitely be sticking to McP’s across the street or finding a different restaurant next time. This was literally the only negative experience we had here this whole trip.

My second time there and what a disappointment. Our starter never arrived and when the mains showed up they were all cold. Gonna try somewhere else next time.

Awesome food and beer. Great break near heavenly ski resort. The pork belly was the best appetizer.

We had a very disapointingand expensive dinner there. We waited half a hour to be sitted althought there were many vacant tables the whole time. We came with 5 children and ordered the food at 8:10 pm but got it only 45 minutes later. The kids were starving and tiered. Not one word of apology or checking up on us to tell us that the food is coming. Nothing… All this didnt make any difference when the check arrived. We got to pay also 18% service!!! All the evening was very disapointing and very expensive.

Just left and the food and service were both horrible! Won’t be back. I waited 30 minutes for my soda and it never came…

I’ve been here twice now on vacation. Once when I was in high school and now 10years later. It was so good the first time that I remembered it and asked around the town until I figured out the name. Good family friendly spot for whatever food you’re craving, with just friends, or on a date. The table shared some dip which was good. The guys had beer and they all loved it.

This is my first time here and enjoyed it. Great ambiance, delicious food, and like the brewery set up. I ordered create a classic pizza with Alfredo sauce, chicken, olives and mushrooms. It was yummy.

The only reason for a 2 is because I feel like I might have had a different experience if I went with a smaller group. HOWEVER, I feel that other places have handled groups better than this place did. SO, Do not come here with a group. At first I was impressed our group of about 40 – 50 people got orders in and food arrived quickly. There were about 4 waiters serving the group, 1 to a table. When it came time to pass out checks the whole group received 1 check. I don’t know why each waiter serving each table couldn’t just give the table they served their check? after several people asked for a check we got the answer that a manager was splitting them per table. Well that was not the case, they ended up giving one check and someone from our group had to go around with the check and separate the check by table and THEN the whole check was split. After we asked our table waiter why he couldn’t just give our table our check he gave some excuse that this was how the«group» wanted to handle the payment and since he took our order and we received our food, his job was done… Its not like we wanted checks split up per couples or per person. 4 checks would have been fine ESPECIALLY since there were 4 waiters serving 1 table each. For groups or just in general I suggest McP’s Taphouse Grill across the street. they were able to handle our group so much better, it was a breeze compared to this place.

Wow! What a great place to be! This brewery has great food, amazing beer, and fantastic customer service! Hugh is an amazing server! He tended to our needs in a timely manner. He has great recommendations for food and brews! I highly recommend you try this place! Keep in mind this place is poppin! But it is worth the wait!

Booked a room in Tahoe to celebrate my birthday. As we walked around, while shopping, saw this place, and decided to check it out. We entered through a side door, which leads you to a spiral staircase, to get down to the restaurant… really cool design I love trying new beers, so we ordered a beer sampler platter. I really enjoyed the beers, especially the«White-Out Wit», and the«Acclimator IPA». Wish the pub I work at, had these on tap! I ordered the fish and chips, it was very good, and my boyfriend got the chicken fettuccini, which was a huge bowl, and also very good, and cheesy. I helped him finish so we didn’t have to worry about carrying any leftovers, haha ;)… Our server was very friendly, tall guy, who was«on it», even though the place was packed! Great service! On your birthday they send out an ice cream sundae to you table, with a sparkler, of some sort, and EVERYBODY in the entire place joins in to sing to you! Pretty funny when everybody is singing, and it get to your name, and every one mumbles, «happy birthday dear ‘mmm-mmm?’, happy birthday, to YOOOOOOU»!! Lol Yes, I highly recommend this brewery, and can’t wait to visit this place, and Tahoe again!

My friend and I were such fans of our experience here that we dined 2 days in a row. Its a great casual spot right by the Heavenly gondolas. The restaurant was a perfect warmth and a nice reprieve from the cold. The first day, we sat at the bar and received friendly and attentive beer and food service from the bartender. The second day the bar was full so we were seated at a table but again received prompt and pleasant service. I really want to emphasize how laid-back and cool but still helpful all of the employees that we interacted with were. I tried the Tri Tip Dip and the Create-Your-Own Pizza. We weren’t expecting much from the pizza but the dough was the perfect amount of crisp and the plentiful toppings were fresh. The Tri Tip Dip was stacked high with the most tender roast beef on a soft roll. You must try their brews, as its in the name! They have 3 or 4 of their own beer on tap, as well as another 2 or 3 which are seasonal. Aside from that they feature a good amount of taps from other breweries. We tried a few flights and my favorite that I kept coming back to was the Acclimator IPA: A big hoppy beer with a sweet caramel finish, deep orange red in color 7.8%. Whether you’re at Heavenly or hanging out at the Stateline casinos, this brewery is a great casual stop.

Been to Stateline a handful of times. Good food and beer. Tends to be very busy on weeknights with a wait of 15+ minutes so be prepared. Don’t think they take reservations. Service can be slow since it’s a big venue so be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your dinner. Appetizers come out more quickly though. Mussels appetizer are delicious! Big portion great for sharing. Prime rib is a great deal. Only served on weekends. Big slab of beef with broccoli and choice of baked or mashed potatoes. The 12 oz is definitely enough to share for 2 people. Duck bacon mac and cheese is good, but not amazing. Very rich so I wouldn’t recommend it to eat alone. Overall, great place for a wide selection of menu items and drinks.

Service was great! Considering how packed it was. Our server made sure we enjoyed the food and attended to us the best she could. I ordered the cup of chili and it was sooooo yummy! Just perfect. Next time I will order the bowl ! The bf ordered the pizza and it came out looking not cooked at all. Just dry and bland. We told our server and they immediately took it back to make it better but still not a fan of their pizza. Stick to their burgers!

We went to this place because it’s right by Heavenly(where we were staying this trip). My friends and I really like beer, so we naturally got excited by the site of a brewery. BUT, this place is pretty underwhelming. The beer list on the back of the menu is small and the food was mediocre, and honestly not worth the money. The«pork belly bites» literally are TINY squares of meat. I ordered this to share with friends and it was laughably small. The nachos claim to use«homemade queso», but it tasted totally like it came out of the jar. The one beer we ordered a pitcher of was just OK — nothing special. The only reason I wasn’t totally disappointed is that they made me a decent Bloody Mary in the afternoon. It was spicy and delicious!

Great service from George tonight!!! Got a 7 beer sampler and my favorite was the Deschutes Brewery Black Butte Porter($ 12). I’m not an avid beer drinker. Great price for 4oz ea sampler. Wings were delicious and juicy. You get about 8 wings in a 1 pound order($ 15) and can choose 2 sauces. The maple bacon sauce was really good and reminded me of chicken and waffles. And the bbq sauce was sweet and tangy similar to a sweet or honey bbq sauce. They could have splurge on the celery and or added carrots. Only got 3 sticks of celery only. My friend got the fish and chips and it look amazing and u get 2 large filets. She really liked her meal. We tried 2 desserts. Cheesecake and salted caramel crème brûlée. Biggest mistake ever. They’re a brewery and not a dessert place fyi. Both desserts were terrible. The cheesecake tasted like it was previously defrosted. And the crème brûlée tasted like they thicken the custard with flour or corn starch. It was odd tasting. Should have listened to George when we asked what he recommended for dessert…“more beer!“ Food, beer, service was great 5 stars overall even though they need to take the terrible desserts off the menu. Highly recommend the food and beer.

Nice restaurant located downstairs in a shopping center area near the casinos. Close walking distance when we were going to see a concert at Harvey’s. I believe the shopping center was called Heavenly Village. I was expecting more of brewery than a restaurant BUT it is more of a restaurant than a brewery. Acclimator IPA is the only beer I selected and it was a nice average IPA.

The waiter was speedy with our drinks so the food was really good. Essentially we were too wasted to really taste the food therefore it was delicious. If I remembered the food I can’t say but the fact that our waiter was speedy on drinks gives them a five star in my book. Booze is more important than food.

Interesting location for this brewery and restaurant; below ground level at the Shops at Heavenly Village. This spot has a few(2 or more) entrance/exit locations. The downstairs dining area is quite large with brewing tanks on the far end by the bar. I’ve been to this spot a few times over the years and reminded that I needed to write about this spot on a recent South Lake Tahoe visit and lunch at Stateline Brewery and Restaurant. There are house brews including a wheat beer, an IPA, a pale ale, and a blonde ale. Other craft beers on tap as well as bottled options. Happy Hour everyday from 3:00pm-5:00pm with house beer and food options. The food menu ranges from appetizers and salads, sandwiches and burgers, entrees(mac n cheese, scampi, pasta, fish n chips, etc), to pizza options and a kids menu. On previous visits I had opted for sandwiches or burger. On todays visit, I started with a glass of the White-Out Wit(unfiltered wheat beer) and selected the White Scampi pizza(alfredo sauce with garlic, diced tomato, shrimp, and green onion). Beer was great and as I remembered from before. I wasn’t fond of the pizza. It was heavy, clunky flavor profile, and a bit doughy in the center. Service was a bit slow; perhaps a shift change happening. Not very busy on Thursday mid afternoon. At one point, I had to get up and walk to the other end of the bar to get the bartenders attention. A decent experience, not fantastic. There are other dining options in the immediate area and would probably have this lower on the«go to» list when visiting.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to Stateline for a quick bite after our fun filled 5 hour ride from the Bay Area, and it was just the pick me up we needed! We started with some Stateline brews, I went with the White-Out Wit while the BF opted for an Acclimator IPA and we were both really pleased. I’m not an IPA fan but my boyfriend is and he rated his beer top notch. I thought the White-Out Wit was great, sort of tasted like a hoppier Blue Moon. Next time we go back I’m dying to try the Tahoe Blondie! As for food, we split the Avalanche Ale Mussels appetizer which came as a very generous portion and was pretty tasty. The mussels were cooked perfectly and they sauce had a nice garlicky flavor with a very slight hint of heat from the jalapenos. If I had one critique it would be that the dish was overall slightly salty but still thoroughly enjoyable. Next we split the Duck Bacon Mac-N-Cheese. Just let those words settle in for a minute. DUCK. BACON. The mac and cheese itself was perfectly creamy and married perfectly with a smoky crunch from the bacon jam. The mac and cheese was served with a side of garlic breath that was to die for, I think I smelled like garlic for the rest of the evening. Worth it. I didn’t feel that the grape tomatoes really fit in with the overall dish, and wish the duck bacon was diced a little smaller so I could enjoy it with each and every bite but I would hands down order this dish again on our next visit. Staff was also super friendly, and they give you a cool bumper sticker at the end of your meal. The outdoor space is a great spot to hang out and enjoy some people watching but if you want something more intimate the indoor space felt really cozy. Overall a great place to stop in for a good beer and good food!
