Zero stars. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Purchased two pairs of socks, both in my size. However, one pair did not fit. When trying to exchange it per their «no refunds, exchange only» policy, the manager told me no. Despite there being no visible policy about socks, she said that socks could not be exchanged after being worn because she could not resell them (as a customer, that is completely not my problem). After I explained that the only way to know if they fit IS to wear them, she continued to refuse an exchange. Having worked in retail before, I know that defective products happen, but according to this manager, it didn’t matter whether they were defective or not; it’s my problem, not hers. She explained that she would throw them away. Since I don’t like socks to cut off circulation to my feet, I left them on the counter and thanked her for her time.
If management wants to avoid further issues they need an «All Sales are Final» sign so that they don’t contradict their own policy. I’ll never shop here again and will happily spread the word to the hundreds of tourists I encounter daily.

Such an adorable, fun shop with socks of every color, shape, design, etc. They even had cute ‘50s styled clothing such as skirts and pants.
We were looking for something pink. So many options to choose from but how do you show off pink socks? Maybe wear them as gloves Madonnaesque?
I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted so we didn’t buy anything. But I’ll definitely be back. This is the perfect spot for fun gifts, stocking stuffers, and what not.

If you like socks for more than their comfort, this is the place for you. I shop for cool looking socks all of the time and I have never seen a selection as large as this one!
You truly couldn’t avoid finding a drain you might be interested in here. In addition to socks they carry boots, tights, bags, scarfs, hats and jewelry but definitely lots and lots of socks. Fox in socks on box with clocks. Yeah I’m losing my mind at the Sock Hop.
