Watermelon with vanilla ice cream on the bottom is the best snow cone I’ve ever tried! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Very tasty!!! It was a hot day in Tahoe and we just fnished an early dinner. It was refreshing to see an Organic Ice place. Lots of great flavors to mix! If you’ve never tried the ice cream in the bottom w/​condenced milk on top you’re in for a real treat. It would have totally been the bomb if they also offered azuki beans… I would have felt like I was back in Haleiwa at Motsumoto Grocery Store! This will definitely be a regualar stop on our Tahoe visits!
FYI– If you want to know if the shave ice places you are in search of are authentic, it’s all in the name… if it says SHAVED ICE, move on, you want it to say SHAVE ICE to get the real hawaiian flavor of this tasty treat. With that being said, I wonder if Unilocal thought all those Shave Ice Businesses just misspelled their description so they corrected it for them… bummer.

Best snowcone in the Sierra Nevadas! This is authentic Hawaiian shaved ice. The fruit flavors were mouth watering! My husband had lychee pineapple, my kids had cherry pomegranate, and lime. The service was amazing and friendly. Elias was the friendliest lakeside server in the world! They even have ice-​cream and sweetened condensed milk as toppings. My kids had the full treatment and got a tour of the tiny ice shack. They were shown how the ice is shaved. We will definitely be back for more!

A bit pricy and they sell out of flavors quickly so you have to have a back-​up just in case. It’s pretty close to Hawaiian shaved ice with ice cream and a snow cap. Piña colada and mango were great — the ladies there are always open to provide suggestions :)

There’s like 30 different flavors! They do the organic ice cream at the bottom, super kid friendly, delicious, bio degradable, all around a must do when in Tahoe. And they have 2 locations, it’s love. You won’t be disappointed. I wasn’t.
