I needed to replace a frame’s non-​glare glass. I called and Mr. Otomo and he asked for the measurements so he could cut the glass to size while I drove to his shop.
I made a measurement mistake and he took care of MY mistake and it’s a perfect fit.
Why go anywhere else!!!

Tom is a fantastic guy. When I brought 9 pieces of foreign oil paintings he got right down to work. We decided on some of his best frames and everything was done in a couple of weeks. Each piece of artwork had its own set of unique requirements and Tom was able to handle them all with ease. His pricing is also the best in Tahoe! Several other shops quoted me around double of what Tom charged. I would recommend him for any framing need!

Just used this shop for the first time and was incredibly happy with the customer service and attention to detail! All I needed was a poster framed and Tom treated it like it was a piece of fine art. I was so impressed with his attention to certain measurement and elements in the posters design and how the frame would fit evening. He was so on it, that I felt completely confident saying, «You’re the pro, surprise me.» The final product was fantastic! He took care to show me every angle of the frame and make sure I was happy. Needless to say, I was thrilled and will be returning in the future!

Incredible service. They made absolutely amazing mat and frame choices corresponding to the artwork. In comparison with other shops, the price was wonderful for the quality of work. I will bring everything here to be framed.
