This is my first time here so I decided to try the El Diablo as I love jalapeños on a burger. the verdict is that it’s amazing! I will definitely be returning to try a good old standard cheese burger. Great place! I could give this 5 stars but I am only withholding because I have lots more burgers to try.

My husband and I go here pretty much every Friday. It’s also our go-to when we have guests coming over. Everyone always loves it. The ambiance is great. The drinks are great. The wait staff is fantastic. So why am I giving only three stars … This is marketed as a burger bar, right? So you’d think they’d be experts at cooking burgers … Right? They always explain medium has a pink center. Lies. The first time I ever went, this was true. However, each time thereafter, I’ve progressively ordered closer to rare to the point where I started asking for bloody, because no matter how many times I ask for medium rare, I get a fully cooked, medium-well, burger. It’s to the point where certain waitresses know me, which makes for an awkward dining experience, given the reason. I hate being that person. Luckily, Joe, the manager, always makes it right somehow, but it’s ridiculous that he has to walk over to my table almost every other week I’m there. It’s a good thing the friends we bring like their burgers well done. They never have any complaints and always say we made a great choice!

Today was our second time here. Veggie burger was yummy and my friend enjoyed his build your own burger. Oreo milkshake was everything! Service was aight-we sat behind the bar near the front of the restaurant and had to flag down the server more than once for basics like silverware, water and ketchup. Nothing too serious from keeping me from going back since I left full, happy and my wallet wasn’t mad either.

Love the food here, but my family and I have had some really bad service here. I love the Buffalo Chicken sandwhich and the burger, as well as the crispy fries and yummy shakes

A big nope from us. We were there once a few years ago when they had just opened and had a bad experience. Did not go back until last night. The verdict? Never again. We ordered three burgers and two were prepared wrong and were sent back. Took 15 minutes to get the new burgers. At least they were cooked right this time but they were cut in half as if the chef was so inexperienced he had to slice them in half to check the doneness. The check came and we were charged for all five burgers. The three we ate and the two we sent back. We had to wait while the server fixed the check. It was still looked wrong but we just paid and left. Will never go back. I’d rather go to White Castle for $ 5 and know what I’m getting than pay $ 20 a person for this garbage. And to top it off, they let some self-important lady bring her dog into the restaurant. Not a working dog. A little yippy thing. Gross.

Can’t leave an extensive review as I didn’t eat much. Everything I did have or try was really good. I got the chocolate shake(triple chocolate? Can’t remember the name.) it was a real milkshake not that fake fast food crap. Pretty big too, loved it. I got the mac and cheese, while it didn’t «wow» me, I still really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and return!

Oh no! Your burgers are delicious but why are they overcooked :( The last time I went, I ordered a burger rare and it was cooked medium at best. So disappointed. Fix this issue!

I like burgers and booze so I’m in. Ordered double truffle fries, the blue burger and the boy ordered the Kobe burger. He got the Malbec of the day and I decided to try the Coney Island spiked root beer. Food was fast and polite. A few different people stopped by and asked how everything was. Burgers were cooked to perfection. I wasn’t a fan of the spiked root beer, but that’s no fault of theirs. The boy and I agreed that the truffle fries weren’t anything to write home about(do people write home about food?) I really disliked the atmosphere. It’s too loud and chaotic for my liking but I guess what did I expect from a mall restaurant? Do it.

We started off our meal with sweet potato fries to share and although I was happy to split my portion in two, I could have easily eaten the whole thing. For dinner, I created my own burger: turkey, mushrooms, onions, goat cheese, and chipotle mayo. I love the idea of half priced wine on Wednesdays and will definitely return! Solid food, great prices, fun and lively atmosphere. Zinburger is perfect for a girl’s night out, dinner with friends, or a casual date night.

Really good burgers. The place has a nice vibe. A bit pricy than what I expected but worth every bite.

great burger. could have made top xxx list when it first opened. not anymore. service quality has gone down. food quality still good but not as good as before. very slow when crowded. Waited an hour and half, from signing in to food hitting the table. ordered small shake for child got large shake and was charged as such. what happened to kids burger? the patty is half the size when we had it a month ago. waitress /waiter seem unimpressed with my disappointment with the kids burger. see picture judge by yourself. the fries never came until i complained about the kids burger and ASKED for it. No apologies were ever offered.

My girlfriend insisted I try this place as apparently their burgers are so «bomb». So, I eventually did. We came in during happy hour, sat at a booth. We ordered our burgers. And got truffle fries to share. I ordered a beer but it was very flat tasting and not fresh, so I was quickly disappointed. But they didn’t charge me for it — that would’ve been absurd lol. On to the food, the fries were quite truffle-y — too much for my liking and not crispy enough. The burger I ordered medium but turned up very well burnt — but it was like 7 $ on happy hour, I didn’t want to return it. My girlfriends burger was burned on the outside but bloody inside, she took two bites and couldn’t continue — they comped that as well so thanks. Overall, in my opinion, zinburger wouldn’t even make it on my top 20places for best burger and I don’t think I would be returning anytime soon. The only good thing I can say about this place is our server, Aubreina was very helpful, caring and accommodating towards us, so she made my first and last experience enjoyable so I couldn’t really be that upset as I was walking out. So thank you to Aubreina.

Decent veggie burger, a little sloppy. Didn’t think any of the fries were anythin to brag about, had a taste of the truffle, loaded and onion rings. For the price Zin, you gotta wow me a little more. I like the atmosphere and service, I’d go again but I wouldn’t be craving it, that make sense?

Have been here a few times. Starting to decline though since they opened. Staff seems disconnected from what is going on as the table that was next to us was not bussed from when we sat down to when we left. We were forgotten about a few times with our shake and our check. Food is good but they are heading in the wrong direction to stay afloat.

I’m only giving this place two stars because our burgers were quite tasty. The service however… Horrible! We sat at the bar and were served(if you can call it that) by Courtney. Courtney took at least 15 minutes to take our order.(It was busy, but by no means a packed bar) We ordered the turkey burger, the ringer and the zucchini fries. My turkey burger came out with a hair(looked like an eyelash) on it. I waited about 10 minutes for Courtney to even realize I was trying to get her attention. But here’s the kicker– when I told her about the hair she took the burger and said«ok» and rushed away to another customer. No «I’m so sorry about that!» or anything!!! When my second burger came out they gave it to the wrong customer. I finally said«I think that’s mine.» It seemed like there was no communication among staff. We never even got our zucchini fries and Courtney never even noticed or checked back in for the customary«how did everything come out?» to realize that. Our entire customer service experience there was a mess. I don’t think I would return… There was no attempt to right the wrong of the hair or the missing fries. Head to Cheesecake Factory next door and grab a better burger instead.

Simply amazing. The food here is incredible and the atmosphere is equally enjoyable. My favorite burgers are the El Diablo which has jalapeños but is not near as spicy as expected and I also love Samburger. Appetizer recommendations would be the zucchini fries, the loades fries, and the double truffle fries, since the burgers don’t come with fries we like to get 3 or 4 custom fries and then share them as a table. Also the shakes are fantastic. I like the root beer float, written as black cow float but my wife and party had Salted Carmel, Strawberry cheesecake, and Cookies and cream. Nothing but good to say about Zin burger and that’s why I have been back multiple times :)

Trendy name jumping in on the burger trend and making it sound high end by tacking on the word«Wine». You walk into this establishment and the décor seems to be very nice and inviting. The far wall of the restaurant is lined with mirrors, which seems like a nice touch until you get up close to see a thousand thumbprints from the sea of children that can’t keep their hands off of it. Still, there are enough flat screen TVs where you should have no problems finding the game you are looking for, and the seats are comfortable. The tables are large, so you do not feel as if you’re sitting on top of those you are seated with. Our server was very nice, and was attentive to making sure our drinks were refilled at a steady pace. He paid attention to every word we said when we ordered our food, which I appreciated. Aside from the grubby fingerprints all over the wall, I figured we’d be in for a treat. I had ordered the breakfast burger, something I have had at other places and have never been disappointed with. As they say, there’s a first for everything. There were 4 of us eating last night. 4 burgers, 4 orders of fries, 1 soda, 1 water, 1 beer, 1 wine, 1 order of mac and cheese. The food runner came out and more or less tossed the mac and cheese on the table and walked away. About a minute later, the fries come out. Then about another minute after that, the burgers. Never seen staggered food running before, it was interesting. So now on to the food. The Mac and cheese was ice cold and bland. It was pretty much elbow macaroni in a pale white cream sauce. The truly amazing thing was how soupy it was. Typically when cream based sauces cool, they congeal. Not in this case. It was just awful. I’d take Kraft any day. The fries were hand cut, had a nice crispy exterior with a creamy interior. Right on! The problem was a lack of seasoning and quantity to go with the quality. I was told these would be salted. They weren’t, and we were never given salt for the table. Half of the fries were pretty much fried grizzle and skin. Very few actual whole French fries in the basket. The burger had a good cook to it. Perfect medium rare, yet astonishingly ice cold, just like the Mac and milk. The bacon wasn’t crisp, and I had to go on a search to find it. The egg was completely overlooked. A fried egg is supposed to run down the burger. This was like a hard boiled egg. The most awful part was how greasy the bun was. It was absolutely disgusting. I was literally coughing on the grease for a half an hour after the meal. Let’s do the math: 1 water, 1 soda, 1 wine, 1 beer, 4 orders(adjusted total is really two orders) of under seasoned fries, 4 cold greaseball burgers, 1 bowl of cold Mac and milk= $ 120??? Nope, I’m good. There’s a perfectly good White Castle down the road for a twentieth the price and the quality is the same… at least the sliders are hot.

Another solid burger place to try(but not run to). If you’re looking for a cheap and good burger this place gets you half way there. Good burger, not so cheap. Expect to pay around $ 11 for a burger unless you want to really splurge and go for the«Kobe» beef which was around $ 15. Specialty add ons like bacon, cheese, fried egg are an additional $ 1.25 a piece. Greeted right away by the hostess and seated promptly for lunch around 1:30 on a Friday. Nicely decorated place and it was clean. There are TVs if you want to stop in to watch a game. Beer, wine and cocktails? They got em. Did I get one? No, cause I didn’t want to spend $ 30 on lunch. All sides are ala carte. Fries are shareable among two people,(maybe) If you’re both not starving. Waitress came over right away greeted us and took our drink orders. Burgers are cooked to order.(Yay) we probably waited 5 – 10 mins if that and our burgers and sides came out. Went for the Zinburger cooked medium rare topped with Zinfandel caramelized onions, manchego cheese, lettuce and mayo(opted out of the mayo and got Mac and cheese for $ 1.25 more). Burger was cooked nicely and the burger was presently neatly. Bun was soft, cheese to meet ratio on point, lettuce lacking. Pickles served on the side. Decent size burger that will definitely fill you up I cut mine in half to have the other half for dinner. Overall a good tasty burger. Burger meat quality is a step up from smashburger — overall flavor wise equal to slightly lower. Loaded fries were good(bacon, sour cream, cheese and chives) I suggest eating with a fork unless you want grubby fingers because they don’t give you extra napkins. My group had very friendly service, food came out fast and everyone’s orders were correct. Overall a great Friday lunch.

I began dining here when they first opened, the service was ALWAYS a problem. I returned this past weekend and I’m not sure if it was because they weren’t so busy, but it seems they have made some noticeable improvement. Food came out fast and accurate. I always order the zucchini fries, I just love em’. Even if they don’t agree with my belly(probably too greasy), I eat them anyway. I love getting their Ahi Tuna burger, the tuna is always fresh and perfectly cooked, the bun always soft and the condiment always gives me the perfect amount of umph I need in every meal. Zinburger served me my first ever Mule. I’ll never forget that night, the memory forever glimmering in the corner of my mind. Ginger beer, spiced rum and lime juice. No other Mule has satisfied my taste buds like the first one I ordered here. Every time I order a shitty Mule my mind averts back to this night, tears welling in my eyes. The cows on the walls are weird. And the seats sometimes hurt my butt.
