I went there today through the drive thru around 2:30pm… Whoever was at the speaker (a guy) was very rude! He was being rude for no reason .Ii guess it was because he didn’t understand. I order the 2mc rib meal. He was putting 4 mc rib meals i said no i want THE 2Mc Rib meal then he was putting 2 mc rib meals. I said no i want the 2mc rib meal for 7.99 he responded with «I THOUGHT YOU WANTED 2MC RIB MEALS» with an attitude… I said no and i repeated myself and heard him say «calm down» like he muffled it and didn’t expect me too hear. I did not give him an attitude until he said «calm down».i told him No you calm down and left … Whoever he was needs to learn good customer service.

Came at 5am on a Saturday morning .they serve breakfast all day now so would think food would be hot and ready but instead the biscuits and hash brown taste stale and old service could have been quicker as well. The eggs were hard just an overall unpleasant experience here

Once again over a 2 minutes before someone helped me (drive thru) and acted like it was an inconvenience to take my order… Lol really … For the last couple years this specific location has gone down to order fries they taste old no salt on them the drinks are always water down the ice is already melted before you even get a chance to drink it. I guess McDonald’s has decided not to give a shit about their product anymore but then again who would if you’re making all this money off the double cheeseburgers and fries.

We entered the drive-​thru, which had a long line but was advancing fairly fast.
We started placing our small order: one frozen strawberry lemonade, a large diet Dr. Pepper and one McDouble. We had to correct the order FOUR times!
Got to the first window, verified the order and paid. Got to the second window, Dr. Pepper was still wrong. Some people don’t realize that when. Someone is diabetic, you can’t just have anything… we have limits.
We have stopped here many times over the years. This is only one of MAYBE 2 or 3 mess ups. We usually get very good service at this location.
