I would give this place minus 5 stars if I could. What a nightmare. Came and took my antique german grandfather clock to repair. Said it would take a few weeks. After 7 weeks I finally got it back, but it still wasn’t working right. After two more weeks, he came back out to «fix» it again, but it STILL isn’t working right. Forget trying to get him here after that. I have never seen such shoddy, unprofessional work or behavior. Thinking about small claims court. Needless to say, if you have ANYTHING valuable to you, DONOTTAKEITHERE ! Nice man, just can’t fix anything worth a crap.

After telling me they could fix my cuckoo clock in a week, they had it 8 months! charged me 90 $ CASH, and it is more messed up than when I took it to them! Bird doesn’t come all the way out. Door half open, and bird’s mouth doesn’t open anymore. It cuckoo’s 12 times at noon AND1 O’Clock! Afraid to take it back because he had it 8 months and didn’t fix it last time. Find another clock shop. This guy doesn’t know what he’s doing with coo, and charges you anyway!

I went in to get my battery replaced on my watch. They were quick & the young lady at counter super sweet. Highly recommend. Btw: only paid $ 7 for my battery.

I brought my 100 yr old Seth Thomas mantel clock in for new bushings and bearings. He did a wonderful job and took time to explain how to care for the clock. The caring craftsman attitude is so rare to find. Don’t let cluttered appearance scare you away– you’ll be pleased with the quality.
