I’m surprised to see the low reviews. I eat here pretty regularly if I’m out visiting my mom in South Holland. Yes they will jack your order up every single time… They don’t have the best attention to detail at times… but when people are ordering 2 and 3 flavors for 10 wings there is bound to be a mix up. But they still EARNED the 5 stars in my book because they will GRACIOUSLY fix it for you with no complaints, justifications, etc. Not only that, the food is always fresh and piping hot. Not to mention the rolls and potato salad are super FYE! The crews are also very friendly and polite. (I like the Cajun and Garlic Parmesean wings in case anyone was wondering!) I prefer ordering with the weekday night crew, but that 11a morning crew is not too shabby either. The facility is always clean. If I had to come up with one shady boots complaint it would be that the soda machine is always out of flavors. If the crew could track and maintain that to make sure that the flavors don’t go, out I’d declare this operation to be a smooth and well oiled machine!

New staff here really makes a difference. Now they are friendly and customer focused. Food was never an issue. Glad to see positive changes and results!

This place is terrible. Placed an order online for boneless wings with Louisiana Rub and paid $ 3.49 for blue cheese dipping sauce(a tad expensive, but ok). When I got there, they had made bone-in wings. They said they would fix it and I waited about 15 minutes for my boneless wings(while having the pleasure of listening to the staff have the most profane conversation about dating in the kitchen). Once they were ready, I checked my bag to find a tiny container of blue cheese. I asked the cashier, «This cost $ 3.49???» He apologized and gave me 4 more small containers of dipping sauce. Got my food home, took one bite and spit it out. It was the saltiest thing I had ever tasted. Maybe it was just me. I left the chicken for my family for dinner. Maybe they would like it. I was WRONG! Everyone in my house said it was inedible. I called the restaurant and they said they would fix it. When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes for my new order. Open the box and, once again, BONE-IN wings. The manager looks at me and says, «I thought you said you had bone-in wings.» In fact, I had not said ANYTHING. My online confirmation with my order was right in her hand, clearly showing that I had boneLESS wings. She said, «That’s why they were salty. The Louisiana Rub is not good on boneless wings.» THEN. WHY. DO. YOU. SELL. THEM??? I got my money back after that one. I love chicken; this place almost made me question that life-long affair. Avoid this«restaurant» at all costs.

Obvious to me the below five star ratings are some affiliation because this joint is below mediocre. It seems like they buy there stuff at Aldis and then heat it up. The cashier was really cool but the other guy seemed lost. I do not have the courage to be an entrepreneur but if I did and I went into a wing specialty niche I would at least make sure the wings were good.

The wings are great and made fresh to order so be prepared to wait for a few.. So far I have had the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. One bad things is their fries are covered in a salty, sugary seasoning which is terrible. Service is OK nothing special but nothing bad.

I was not happy with my experience. When I entered the restaurant the cashier stepped up to the register I greeted her and was met with a blank stare. Not even«can I help you». That was odd to me because there was an awkward silence but anyway I ordered 50 wings and sat in the sitting area to wait. When the wings were ready they called my name and when I got up there a different cashier was on the phone and pointed at the bag. I get home unpack the bag and see that I have 40 not 50 wings. I call they have them and I go back to wing stop. When I walk in blank stare cashier says«oh you forgot your wings». Right. Any way I get the wings and I have to ask are they giving me some type of coupon for my trouble. Blank stare talks to the manager and I got a coupon for 5 extra wings with my next order. There will be no future orders from me at this wingstop which is sad because I was excited that they were in the area. But this one will not get my business again.

This is a great wingstop. If you like wings, you will love wingstop. They also have great boneless wings and what they call Gliders(Small chicken sliders) I personally think the ORIGINALHOT is the best. Its really not that hot but has a good flavor. The garlic Parmesan and the new mango Habanero is also great. Extra Tip: If you get the Garlic Parmesan be prepared to have Garlic burps all night, but its totally worth it.

Wingstop in South Holland is the absolute best place for wings. The flavor choices are sure to please any mood, although my personal favorite is Lemon-Pepper! Owner, Dave Galocy, and his team are top-notch in customer service & satisfaction and have the cleanest facility around. Always prepared fresh to your order, you will find yourself returning to satisfy your wing craving often!
